The thunderdragon extra is light as hell, even when running a Needlefibre engine, so I'm not at all surprised anima fits in the deck. Having those link monsters also sort of helps getting matrix into the grave ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
5:41 the only ways to bring out lossus are the tribute thunder monster effect and the fusion summon. If it said "Must FIRST be fusion summoned or summoned by its own condition", goyo guardian could steal it. 6:22 it thins the deck, gets more materials in for thunder dragon fusion, and sets up for banishing it from grave later because it's a shared once per turn for all thunder dragons. 7:22 fun fact: Colossal fighter is free because you get one in the synchro starter deck.
I just Got a Jinzo in the legacy pack. Then I checked and all the support is also there. And it's a lot of SRs and URs. Guess I'm not making a Jinzo deck.
They kept using thunder dragondark at end phase cuz the protection effect of both fusions requures banishing TDs from your graveyard, and cuz all TDs only get 1 of their effects per turn. Additionally the fusion spell shuffles TDs from the graveyard back into the deck.
There's a small icon on the bottom of the card that indicate if the monster were properly summoned or not. In this case, Thunder Dragon Colossus were not properly summoned
Strangely that icon doesn't seem to always show up. I never noticed it before so went to quickly check what it looks like/where it is on the quickest way I can think of, Sheou negate bringing out House in my Dragonmaid deck. For some reason the icon isn't present on the House while its on the field but *is* present when its in the graveyard. And here is this video when the box for Colossus first shows up at 2:47 its not present but during the very next turn when he clicks on it at 4:25 it is present. Relatedly from my Dragonmaid test I saw that there is also an icon for being in grave because it was used as fusion material so presumably there are similar icons for synchro material and other effects. EDIT: actually the icon that shows up at 4:25 is a different one than the one for "not summoned properly", probably related to the effect negation it was under, which is weird it would have that since there is the big negate sign across the top of the card when you hover over it
I don't know why the Egyptian gods do but I remember colossal fighter being kind of like your boss monster in a few of the 5Ds games and being yuseis ace in the manga during a time when he lost Stardust Dragon. Originally it was lightning warrior before he got stardust
Went against a Brick-Eyes and they didn't have any out for my Colossal Fighter and he kept returning. I eventually crashed for game since it can revive itself through battle.
for record unless it actually fusion summoned it not brought out properly it was brought out by a condition not a proper summon, similar to if starlight road brings out stardust so you know
Yo it be funny sometimes I put jinzo in my earth machine deck along with power of the guardians and I hold my jinzo and bam and I put on that Magic card and I had so many people back out because they have a back row of traps they can’t use lol
