I preferred to put the water inside the bottle first, because since the bottle was already a little damp, the coffee or sugar would stick to the bottom if put beforehand, while putting the water first nothing would stick. . Since I put the water first, then I had to change the funnel because the first one was now wet, and from the funnel I took a bigger one so that the sugar could pass more easily.
As for the water, I kept it for a day in the fridge and 10 minutes, before making the cream, in the freezer. For coffee, on the other hand, it is important to use the soluble one such as nescafe and not the powdered one that is put in the moka pot.
