It hurts my heart seeing that as a former lineman and as a Coach. The best part is every adjustment are easily fixable. This looks like a good squad. Expect good things to happen this season. A good practice session is to make sit into a squat position for 2 mins a day (increase it once it gets easy) that’s their hat level lmao, also here is where the snacks come into play (or you’ll get a few look out blocks from them lmao). Hell I would love to do it for free if I wasn’t battling a few injuries & maybe one more surgery..(long longgggg story lmao). This reminds me of what of my college coaches said, “football is a fraternity these teammates are you brothers; you bleed together; you win and lose together; you grow together. When it’s all done, you’ll look back hopefully with a smile realize you guys are an important part in each others lives” Sorry for the emotional curve, it hit me & it felt right. Keep up the hard work. Keep posting. You’re inspiring lots of people in more than just football.

I am really impressed with how much the sport of American football has grown all over Europe and specifically in Czech Republic. There are a lot of good players in this country and I am glad to be apart of the growth of American football here in the EU!
3 years ago I weighed over 600 pounds. I was in a wheelchair, and on top of all that my doctor gave me 6 months to live. I decided I didn't want to die. As of today I have lost over 350 pounds and am going to be playing semi pro football.
