Yes, Sheila! I love the way you think! As we age our bodies tend to benefit from more support. One of the main things I loved about this study was that it was performed on middleaged mice. While we are not mice it may still be beneficial for middleaged (and beyond) humans to add taurine as well.
@@JasonMartinMD I have added Taurine at 5 grams twice a day to my supplements. Guess what happened after 2 weeks?; my Doctor had to take me off one of my blood pressure meds! my blood pressure is now averaging 106/72!
My dad died from ALS very mean way to go. I wish they could find a way to extend quality of life with this disease.
