First Ride With The Honda Boat! | Snorkeled Rubicon 500

- After installing the 22Fabcreations snorkel kit, (message for your own: 22fabcreations) I still had yet to test it out as I wanted to do something about protecting the factory plastics. I am going to be using my Rubicon for trail riding as well and we usually ride through a lot of overgrown areas where brush tears up the finish.
Well I got the wrap done and it was finally time to test out the boat so in today's video we send the Rubicon through the pond and see if our snorkel keeps clean air in and water out. We ran into a few issues but I think we have it figured out.
Overall I am super happy with the build so far and have many more plans for this machine!

Dude, strap a 6 foot long 2 by 4 across the front rack and at each end of the 2 by 4, secure a big ass tote container. Do the same to the back side and the beast should float and not tip side to side. Really turn it into a boat.

Did you do o2 sensor delete to get it from stalling once the exhaust goes under
You should run your vent lines higher it makes no sense to have the pipe when the vent lines are at the headlights
The vent lines were moved to right above the handle bars. Also wrapped in a circle to prevent water from coming in.
Your seat must have weighted 200 lbs. after that deep test ride. Worst part is the wet foam adds a lot sink to the back end.
When trying to water wheelie put it in 2nd and do like a regular wheelie but in water
You may want to check your tail light. Noticed it was off for a bit in the video, then came back on.

Surprised how well it does with stock tires. I like most are guilty of 'upgrading' tires asap, but basic stockers are more capable than most people give them credit for.

I hope you take a consideration your crank case breeder step 1 step 2 your differential usually has a brief breather that's right your transmission your differential usually has a breather step 3 your battery also has a Vent water king get into this with Tony maybe

I see no fun sinking a $10,000.00 electrical / mechanical device that no good can possibly come from it, only bad and expensive issues. A Jon boat is only a few hundred dollars and you can’t hurt it .
