Jason I wonder if the short watch times can be attributed to looking at comments. When I occasionally come back to see comments the video starts again and when I am finished reading the comment I close the video. I watch all your videos to the end on the initial view.
I’m sure that contributes a little but I think it’s mostly non-subscribers that start the video and then don’t like it and go to the next 😅 Thanks for watching all the way! 🤙🏼
