The question of mine is why you are doing a general agency as if it is not that lucrative for you and yo u can't get a lot of money out of it. Either you will be waiting for the market to expend or you are making a mistake. You might be looking for to just wait and transition to a niched down agency.

I didn't understand the conclusion that well, because I thought that as for a beginner it is much better to niche down instead of making something general
This space is too agile to specialise - new tools are released every few days
It's not worth while becoming a specialist at X tool, because tool Z is the new standard. Space is evolving too fast = better to be a generalist

I was confused by that as well. From watching his recent video on '5 ways to start an AI Business' I think you want to niche down on the particular solution type (eg chatbots), but be a generalist when it comes to the industry you service (eg you create chatbots for businesses in all industries, not just real estate or whatever).

Also didit ever happen that when you integrate a chatbot to clients website , that they want to quit, for example if you integrate them chatbot and they can see it in the link that is not your companies brand, but other party software and when they find out they could do it themselves for a lot cheaper (or if you dont whitelabel the chatbot and they could see by which brand it is powered by) ? Would appreciate quick answer, thanks!
