Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I'm pretty sure that the charm WASN'T there during the previous investigation.
That's not what I meant. Apollo's bracelet is usually used IN court; this game makes him use it OUT of court to get the truth out of people--the same purpose for which Phoenix uses his Magatama. As I had not seen all the cases when I posted my comment, I did not know whether we'd see any Magatama usage in this game.
