    That’s so cool! I knew you could do that with tomatoes, but didn’t know others worked the same! Thanks for sharing sister!!

    It's amazing how fast seedlings can get "leggy". 🌱🌱Glad you can save them. My niece is named Jamie.

    that is why I start some seeds in egg shells they pop right out and you can put the whole thing in another bigger pot just add more soil.

    Just use a very small spoon to scoop the seedlings...doesn't break the soil away from the roots so much.

    This is a great example of saving leggy seedlings, Jamie! We usually by leggy tomato plants, and dig a deep hole, to plant them in. It gives them a great root base, and the plants come back healthier, I do believe.

    Nice to know that you can save leggy seedlings. That they bounce back once planted. Another ad was in the middle of this. It burns me up that YT makes money off of small channels like ours.

      @jamiescountryliving  8 місяців тому +1

      Honestly, I don't know, I've never grew or have grown mustard greens.. you could give it a try or plant transplant them in a bigger pot, plant them deeper, up closer to the lower leaves, and move closer to the light? .. I've not grown the mustard greens,
      Thank you

      Actually I don't know. I would try , re-planting them a little deeper. In another container? I've never tried radishes

      @@jamiescountryliving do I have to harden them off before transplanting outside in zone 6? Not sure if necessary if they are a cool weather flower?!

    • @jamiescountryliving
      @jamiescountryliving  6 місяців тому

      @@moduqueRN I would, because of the difference in lighting, temp etc.. try one or 2 directly, before I put them all out, just in case.

      Don't take my word.. but if they are a cold weather Flower, it might not bother them.
