May humanity as a whole and Ayaan and her family here discover that all this knowledge and memory has been used to diverse and divide people, while the way to unite and give rest and happiness is to develope love.

Dear Ayaan: I always enjoy listening to your interviews, and learning from you. In light of your spiritual journey, which you shared a little about in this interview, I recommend that you read the encyclical, “Fides et Ratio” by Pope John Paul II, discussing the interplay of faith and reason. It is available for free on the Vatican website in the language of your choice. Count on my prayers for you, your husband (I enjoy reading and listening to him too), and your children. Steven Lee
P.S. - Dear Andrew: I have read several of your books and I am a regular listener of your podcasts. Thank you for your work, and God bless you too!

Thank you! I don't believe the war between civilizations, but on the one hand between civilization and barbarians and on the other hand between states or unions of states.

42' 45'' mark about the Christian God impresses me with how super-dishonest Richard Dawkins has been
Now he says he has Christian values but is not Christian. He even lies to himself.
THisis Aayan on the same experience but not lying to herself like he does.
One religion says, “I'll kill you;” one says, “I'll pray for you.
“My observation is yes, Christianity is different from Islam…The worst thing that a Christian has ever said to me, the rudest thing that a Christian has ever said to me, the thing that made me most uncomfortable that a Christian said to me was ‘I’m going to pray for you. I hope you will be safe. I hope you will be redeemed.’ But within my own family and my own community, when I say I’m in doubt about the Koran and Muhammad and life after death and all that, it is ‘well, you are to die.’
