Nayan is yet another example of "Engineers do everything other than engineering."
I love the way nayan use his advantage and give other competitors time according to their strength, speed not weaknesses. he can give his competitors aruna and shanta less time but no he choose to give them according to their speed of cooking.

It's really good to see that these homecooks are very humble and nice towards other competitors. American masterchef is like War.They slang each other,quarrel so much,use bad words and target each other.Such horrible people!😢
Yeah but still that's here too. If you see the episodes you will get to see there are people filled with insecurities here too. Though not as extreme as US one but there's full drama here too

even the judges, chef Joe is....... I don't know what to say, he literally throws the food just by looking at it, I mean if the presentation is not good then he will not even taste the food and will throw it in the bin, also once he literally spat all over the food.
@@vipulsgourmet But they are not bashing others like MCU, see this is a competition so insecurities are bound to happen, it is natural, but people are just horrible in that show.
I think they do all that for drama but it is pathetic.
Is it just me who feels that the judges restricted themselves in elaborate and detailed rejection of Aruna's so called nadan...dish? At this level, she made parathas? Aruna's tv time is more than the sweet smiling chef!!
True. She made methi ki puris in that party platter challenge when the theme was to make something creative
ifeel when advantage is given to someone it should be solely for that contestant. reducing time for others or choosing ingredients for others, idont understand that. cooking talent is what the competition is about. it should be fair from all perspectives.
But there is nothing fair about advantage....so....
Suvarna is the sweetest person, but her cooking is not appreciated much. This show is so unfair, aruna is been favored a lot by chef.

Last 6-7 episodes her graph is going down and it is showing in her expression too. She never takes the bad review as improvement but only as negative. Narcistic person.

Suvarna nayan and shanta are doing really well atleast they are having guts to try new stuff without thinking negatively about results. Aruna needs to learn non veg. I can understand she isnt non veg by culture but if she goes for international cuisine she needs to learn it so one can say some bias is there as in case of protein challenges she gets paneer or some vegan substitute of non veg item

@@Salmanasehit just freezes everything that is dipped into it. It's formed at -195.8°C degrees celsius so anything dipped in liquid nitrogen freezes instantly. It's commonly used to make gourmet ice creams as it gives an extra creamy texture to the ice cream.

Chef Garima please explain more on the cuisine you complain. If you comment on Thai and refers Suvarna's dish to not use Ginger then explain to her to use Galangal (which is an alternative for ginger in Thai or Asian cuisine).

It’s appalling to me to see that fine cuisine is basically having western touches to everything. Why what’s wrong with serving dal makhani or paneer tikka? Dal Makhani made in multiple places in India is Michelin level because of how difficult it is to make. This whole thing of how Indian cuisine was taken to a world class level, no what you meant is chef Manish took it to western level. How long is the western world our scale for success? Why can’t we be proud of our own. There’s a beautiful Korean restaurant called hangavi highly acclaimed. All they do is serve food in the traditional manner - not so called “fine dining” or western style. The day we stop chasing the western world is the day we will succeed.

Actually what you are telling is correct. It is just that sometimes one way to elevate a known dish is by using different techniques and trying to play with shapes and textures.
