Many social media influencers portray their “expertise” based on what they read. You can pretty much read books, and speak in the language of them and sound like you’re a professional at whatever message you’re trying to provide. Welcome to the influencer world 😊
One of the best videos I've seen on negotiation. Please keep them going about different skills - it's so awesome when someone matches your energy and you can actually relate. Most of the trainings are so plain sometimes that my brain cannot focus at all.
Hey Ryan, I’m a 17yr from a small town and not much exposure to the world of business. Recently I have been working towards starting a little Shopify business. I’m working through the process and taking it as a learning experience. Your videos have helped me a lot with learning ab many aspects of business! This video taught me some key points about communication and closing deals that not only are applicable in the business realm but also in everyday interactions. Just wanted to thank you!
This is a great video, thank you for the pointers. Next time, if you can increase the volume of the audio or make it clearer, that would help. I've maxed up my volume and still had to really lean in to listen.
Ryan, do you listen to anything while you're working. If you're feeling particularly tired one day, is there a specific thing that you do to keep going? All my respect, all my best, Mare
Whose been watching serhant long enough to remember he used to be a hand model and on the real housewives of New York before he got a real estate spin off. 😂
1.understand your. Opponents (to whom you are dealing with ) , understand their body language , tone etc (physically) AND also check it out what they are emotionall conveying, means if they have big ego , they will always want to win , then make a conversation about what they will do at their position , this way you will understand and get insights. Also get that who is your opponent and always guide them something,if they are new give them that you will do this if you are at their positions. ALWAYS MAKE THEM FEEL ITS “US” doing the deal. 2. AKNOWLEGDE THEM , MATCH THEIR BODY LANGUAGE , tonality , style etc (make them feel comfortable) repeat their points so that they feel listening. THE KEY TO NEGOTIATING IS NOT NEGOTIATING. People don’t want to be sold instead they want to be buying. Show them empathy , don’t be dominating 3. DONOT PUSH FOR GETTING “yes” Nah… this is wrong way YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT. Instead get them question that they will answer no. THIS WILL MAKE YOU ONE STEP CLOSER! This will develop a fear among them. 4.MAKE YOUR SILENCE YOUR TALKING! This will do that other party will feel dominant, they will try to speak more BECAUSE EVERYONE HATES SILENCE. 5.keep it all positive, STAY CALM AND HAPPY THROUGHOUT THE DEAL. THE BEST DEALS HAPPEN WHEN BOTH PARTY ARE HAPPY. 🤝😁
Would like to get your thoughts on the condo market in Florida when the new laws pass end of 2024 due to Miami collapse and insurance companies leaving the state? you think developers will be swooping in to buy a bunch of condo communities and mass amounts of sellers all at once not being able to afford the higher HOAs?
Lately your youtube team is doing not so good job. This video is fastened a little bit (just like some previous were), it makes your voice sound like a chipmunk 😆
How does vid just have 35k views? Great advice delivered by one of the best in the biz …Ryan! Love your vids!! … see how I did that? Stroke the ego baby!! 🙊 Azul
The audio problem i thought coming from my headset i was like i just bought this a month ago and how come it's broken now. Turns out it is ur audio. Too bad coz the content is good.

Principle #1 understand your opponent
Principle #2 acknowledge their points
Principle #3 never push for a "yes"
Principle #4 let your silence do the talking
Principle #5 keep it positive

Fire your audio guy ryan
Haha looking forward to getting fired ! inshallah 😂
Yeah, this sucks
it’s just his inner demon talking
I'm wondering is it the audio, or is it the video speed? It's like it speeds up for seconds here and there.
Fire the narrator.
Silence is highly underrated. Never be the first to speak after asking for the close. Thank you Ryan for a phenomenal video :)
Anytime I can get a lesson from Serhant …I listen
I’m reading "never split the difference” by Chris Voss and this is right on par with all the same principles

The sound distortion is way for Ryan to keep you hooked and listening.

Its realy just annoying and a distraction.

These are definitely tips that I use to close deals. Great information.
When your voice is fast forward it makes you sound like you're batting on the other team

Great points😊
?
this is so confusing with the sound. I'm questioning whether it is me or a video, haha.
It's the video. I think they switch the sound to emphasize things, but tbh, it's not well done.
Yep, one could say a cool trick but really just a distraction.
It looks like the video was made with AI. I'm 99% sure about that
@@lucasmonteiro9886 if you are correct - that would show what AI is - I couldn't watch it longer than 30 seconds.
Awesome tips
Amazing video!

He also had a time limit on this video. Specifically, 12-15 minutes before he had to call his client back. This video took 11:29.

Great video. However, what's up with the sound?
I have a deal tomorrow and I needed this and nature brought it to me. So timely. I'm confident I'll close my deal tomorrow

Art of real estate negotiations
This is sped up right? I do video work and I can usually see it in the blinking
Processing your voice with intermittent fake stereo always wins the deal.
The audio problem i thought coming from my headset i was like i just bought this a month ago and how come it's broken now. Turns out it is ur audio. Too bad coz the content is good.
Was this sped up?
Harvey Specter in real life!
He forgot to add... show up with over 15 years of real estate experience, and the rest will take care of itself.
