You have no clue what is going on because nobody reports anything anymore. It's like something just disappeared.
I am over 70 years old and I don’t go out of my house, but I had workers installing a counter top. 3 days later I started to feel sick and I bought a test kit. It came out positive, I called my doctor and got Paxlovid. It taste horrible and I am still sick. One more day of meds and hopefully end this misery. For now, I am thankful that the fever broke.

The mask is absolutely useless; it's like "erecting a chain-link fence for mosquitoes." But it will restrict the air flow and can be a breeding ground for bacteria. So it does harm and no good. I think the gloves may be okay as long as you don't touch your face while you have the gloves on.
Tested positive on Sunday. This is my 4th time having it. My taste and smell is already off from past COVID’s. I can’t taste or smell anything. It sucks.

I moved to a pretty densely populated area right before all of this happened, i find it super fascinating that i didn't really change anything about my daily life, didn't get vaccinated, not an anti vax person by any means. I didn't stop hanging out with my friends, didn't even get so much as a cold this whole time, never tested positive. worked out, washed my hands and took my vitamins. I don't get it
@@justinbeaver3 I’ve now had it 4 times. My husband hasn’t had it at all! But I also have a hereditary illness so my immune system isn’t the strongest. I had the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, and it was worse on me than actually having Covid. So I’m done with those. I fight off Covid just fine. It’s basically like a shorter version of the flu. Except it’s messed my taste and smell up.

Some people don't get it, others get hit hard. I can attest, it sucks, I have been struggling with blatant vision issues since I got Covid.
That what I thought as well (although in my case I have 3 covid shots) until last week when I tested positive for the first time but gotta tell you that I have seen worst days with the flu.....all I can think about this is that the vaccine really did its work.

Also unvaxxed but hit HARD by Covid twice. Kindly stop rubbing into peoples faces. Some people don't get affected and that is great for you, but others are experiencing serious complications, micro strokes, long Covid etc.
Good for you. My husband is unvaxxed too. Big deal. It wiped us both out this summer - we have a landscape company, so work was pretty brutal with no energy. Last couple times I got Covid, I ended up with systemic rashes that itched so bad I wanted to die. This time, my hair started falling out.

I’m a 79 year old woman who does not do “flu” vaccines. I got the current “COVID” and it wasn’t fun for sure. However, I didn’t even have a fever. My body is now boosting its immune system naturally, which is what I’ve always done. My body, my choice.

Vaccines don’t prevent infection. Supposedly, they prevent hospitalization and death. Their effectiveness declines to about 20% effective at 5 months from dosage. Multiple layers of precautions improve the odds of not getting infected.

For the folks that have gotten the shots have you changed other lifestyle habits to get and stay healthy? Have you changed your eating, taking vitamins, getting sleep and some sun? Or are you just relying on jabs, jabs, jabs and wearing a mask forever?
If you have had an organ transplant you are immune compromised. Asthma causes lung damage as well as having had pneumonia (scarring in lungs). While I agree with you about vitamins and getting proper sleep and vitamin D, there are certain underlying conditions like those I mentioned that you really can't get healthy from. And if you are over 65, you can't stop getting older.
Just went to a doctor's visit & nary a mask to be seen.
