The middle piece in your pressure plate is that supposed to be loose when it's all tight and down

Do you need new springs when replacing clutch?

You can check free length, if it's withing spec i would reuse but new stuff is always better. Just be careful with aftermarket springs as they often are stiffer which results in hard work with the clutch lever and wrist fatigue
