    🌶️ Ingredients:
    Paneer
    Kaju (Cashews)
    Garlic
    Onion
    Red chilli
    Coriander
    Tomatoes
    Jeera (Cumin)
    Tej Patta
    Cinnamon
    Elaichi (Cardamom)
    Red Chilli Powder
    Salt
    Coriander Powder
    Turmeric
    Kasuri Methi
    Step 1: Prepare the Base
    Heat a pan and add a bit of oil.
    Add finely chopped garlic and cinnamon; sauté until golden brown.
    Add sliced onions and cook until translucent.
    Step 2: Spice it Up
    Introduce jeera, tej patta, and elaichi to the onion-garlic mix for a fragrant base.
    Incorporate red chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric for a burst of flavor.
    Step 3: Tomato Tang
    Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until soft; let the oil separate.
    Step 4: Create the Paste
    Blend this mixture, making sure to add cashews for a rich and velvety consistency. After that, put 1 tbsp of oil into the same pan, heat it, and add the blended mixture. Cook until the mixture separates the oil.
    Step 7: Paneer Play
    Cut paneer into cubes and gently fold them into the prepared gravy.
    Step 8: Simmer and Serve
    Allow the paneer to simmer in the flavorful gravy; add kasuri methi at the end and cook for 2 mins.
    Garnish with fresh coriander for a final touch.
