The views in minneola are mind blowing! Feels like a mountain resort and the commercial areas that are opening just outside the gate will be incredible.
Can you mention in the videos if you can have a pool at your home? I know Margaritaville the villas can have pools but, I would expect that is rare in other neighborhoods.
Great video guys. That Said.. We live in Del Webb Nocatee Fl. They have a great sales team. their construction gets an "F". poor workmanship. No follow up. Terrible landscaping. Luckly - North East Florida is beautiful. -15 min. to the beach. Not crowded like Orlando. Jacksonville 15 min. away. Amelia Island (which is heaven) is about 45 Min, away with some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. and the people are great too!

On the drone footage, there are some homes with pools. I expect those are on the larger lots, so $$$.
All single-family homes can have a pool :)
