Thanks for the tutorial, however for somer reason I cannot get my wavetable to show all the matrix fields that you have (i.e. LFO AMOUNTS and RATE not showing) - can you tell me what I'm doing wrong please?
In Wavetable, there is a pad preset called FM Cassini Pad, and it's a masterpiece of a sound. The modulations are extremely intricate, and I would love to see a dissection of it.
this is a nice straightforward way to learn sound design from a different direction, thanks! I was wondering though how you might go about trying to reverse engineer a sound you didn't have as a preset, eg some synth or whatever you had heard in a song you liked? Seems that might also be quite instructive as a 'next level' exercise?
Thank you. This is actually amazing
omg yes, finally a proper sound design tutorial instead of "this is a saw wave, its noisy"
😂😂 spot on.
That is such a brilliantly simple technique, I cannot wait to do this.
Amazing video! So valuable advice! This is like a so simple technique, yet so overlooked... Thank you, keep it up! 😄

Is there a way to see the original and the creation settings side by side instead of switching between the 2 constantly?
