  • Wrapping up the lessons learned from my day trip to Austin, TX (Paragon Jiu Jitsu) with brown belt Evan Wise at Wise BJJ.
    Make sure to put enough emphasis on opening your guard and using the planted foot as your hip bump’s launching point.

    OSRS Zuk helm GM here, going to my 10th BJJ class today and 3rd week attending. Hoping to apply that grindset to this sport

      @@LocalDallasMan bro I SUCK, 5’7” 125 lbs is rough but I know we’ll get there with sound technique and consistent practice. Feels like I got a bronze dagger going up against mfs with full torva and scythe sometimes though frfr 😭
