Just a 4 min video yet so effective. Thank you
Thanks Sally for posting these concise and informative videos. I am in the process of changing jobs and the new company uses Scrum, so I wanted to understand it better for my final interview. Thanks to you, I have the basics, and I finally get the chicken and pig joke!
SMART PRESENTATION AND SMART EXPLANATION, KEEP IT UP.
Great set of videos! One thing that I just may have missed in the presentation is the fact that each sprint should deliver a functional sub-version of the actual product. I believe I heard you say that scrum is good for delivering value much quicker than a waterfall method, but this is the actual reason why it delivers that value more quickly.
Really good videos series for those wanting to have a quick overview of Agile Scrum method. thanks
Going to start using this system with all my work, not just with team-work. I love visual representations of work I get done.

Great Videos Lessons, I really enjoyed it. But can I use scrum to deliver requirements as a project manager.
sleek and informative
Amazing videos, Couldyou please advise how do we proceed furtheraftee watching part 4 also is product increment a scrum artifact? Could you add some more details on product increment with examples?
thank you very helpfull
Nice video..one thing i don't get ...how can hours go up within a sprint? Can items just be added to that sprint? Or is that maybe be cause a story is reestimated??
excellent.
Very informative
What does a scrum manager do between meetings?
You mean Scrum Master, right? Facilitating is a full time job, it needs cross team co-ordination. Who will coordinate between teams to fix a roadblock? Also Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, preparing post-its, burndown charts etc. 15 minutes is just the standup.
Awesome
u said 4 scrum artifacts and mentioned only three. what's the 4th one?
Hello dear, do you provide tutoring via zoom? Looking for some to teach me scrum master.
Great videos !
