We can’t be told what to do. We need to decide and discover for ourselves how to use the information we receive into one holistic and universal knowledge. When we have been anointed then this will most definitely spread into family and community. I believe it’s already happening

Never explains HOW to apply, or demonstrations of use.
Study the information.
Use the feeling you had as a child about Santa when you thought he was filling your tree with presents. Get that whole heart love going. Then, replace Santa with Yeshua and ask him to show you the truth of things and how they work. Ask for his knowledge and wisdom with the understanding to use it.
The next day, start practicing meditation. Meditate upon your Chakras. Use brain Scott's guided Chakra meditations to help you get started.

Meditate upon the silence within. Practice this until you can sit in meditation for at least 25 minutes without interruption from your mind.
The Bible says meditate 3x daily, morning, evening, and night.
Set your intention for putting your flesh to sleep or in trance state while remaining conscious.

We are light beings placed into a temple of flesh, and all temples have doors. Ours has an out door and a door that leads within.

Allow no doubt.

Exercise your minds eye.
Start with imagining a pencil. Spin it. See every detail. Try an apple. Cut it in half.
When you do Chakra meditations, see an outline of a meditating body, like you see in the videos. Make yours your info screen. See it like a dashboard for your energy body. If you're meditating on the root, see it pop out some and swell up. Make it spin faster when you inhale. See it get brighter. Imagine that when you breathe in, pure white light comes down from above in a beam, straight through all the chakras, lighting each one a little more as it passes, until it hits the root. Then imagine a flash of Ted light spreading out from the root Chakra out infinitely but leaves that Chakra bigger, brighter, and spinning faster. If you think/feel thevroit is blocked, imagine little dirty spots or clouds pushed out of it and away from you when the pulse happens.
This should be enough to get you started.
Just take the biogeometry course, it's not something you will freely find here in UA-cam. The course work is huge, this is about 15% of what biogeometry does.
