Hi Kim. Pat here. Sooooo we put the tape on the vinyl frame not the trim if you watch the video again you’ll notice how the double sided tape is place really close to the trim. You can put the double sided tape on the trim and most likely it will damage the finish or be extremely difficult to remove the adhesive. Maybe GooGone would work removing the left over adhesive? Hope this helps!!! Thanks !
