I am glad that a new temple is underway. But I don't understand how the ancient heiffer ritual has the same effect or meaning today. A very interesting difference between the old and new covenant, between Old and New Testaments is highlighted I think here.

I don't know where you got "it is finished" from. The only passages that say "it is finished" are John 19:30 when Jesus was on the cross, and James 1:15 regarding sin.

Yes, I only listen to actual locals, no “news”, mainstream or alternative, since 2007. What a difference it makes. Also, only what I can affect, and I can affect the locals like him, if only on a tiny scale. Otherwise, it steals time and energy, and makes zero positive impact on the world. Better to spend our efforts on things that we can change. We can get information from people like him, and correct people who are listening to propaganda when we hear it, and redirect their energies to more productive efforts as well. (“Free Palestine”? When people of your own religious group won’t bring you in, that says a lot about the choices you have made, and the actions you have taken in the past. For example, anyone who has read the Bible knows that Israel is not a “new“ nation, it’s thousands of years old, and all of that region’s divisions for the tribes of Israelites are very meticulously laid out in the land records of the Bible, so, even the parts that are not given to the tribe of Judah were given to other Israelites….
…and if anything, they probably should not have voluntarily given up the land, Gaza, over to non-Jews anyway. (Look at what they did with all the opportunities they’ve had, they’ve just pissed all over them). How else does the antichrist enter a temple at the mid-point of the tribulation unless a temple is built? Revelation 11, 2Thessalonians 2. This is another in a long list of signs that point to the soon return of Jesus. Israel is in unbelief for the most part; but, eventually, they will welcome their Messiah. And, remember, they are the natural olive tree. Gentiles are just grafted in. Israel is in unbelief only for a time so that salvation can come to the Gentiles, Romans 11. Evil are the people who come against Israel, and like it or not, God chose the Jewish people. No one else gave us God's Word or God's Son. Salvation is of the Jews according to Jesus, John 4:22. It doesn't go well for the enemies of Israel. Genesis 12:1-3. Zechariah 12-14.

There’s is NO temple that needs to be build. We read the man of lawlessness will sit in the temple of GOD. Now what is the difference between a temple (Jewish or not) and the temple of God? It’s Gods dwelling there, His presence. We know exactly what is the NT temple: the believers as the body of Christ. We are built up into a spiritual house. We are called Gods temple where the Spirit dwells (1 Cor3: 16-17).
We are purified by the blood of Christ. Whatever sacrifice can NEVER again purify something or someone. You are looking to the wrong sings and the wrong location. The achrist will sit among believers (the temple of God) and is bound to Rome, not Jerusalem.
