Overnight oats, when it gets below freezing every night get some frozen fruit. Bahn mi are also surprisingly easy to make- whatever meat you want, baguettes from Costco or King Soopers, etc- cut lengthwise, a jar with apple cider vinegar and salt that you change every couple of weeks with cucumber, red onion, and jalepenos, then just some mayo/hummus and sweet chili sauce.

    1 orange pepper , 1 yellow
    Pasta
    Feta cheese
Cook the sausage, then take off burner and cook peppers. Add olives to peppers after you’ve cooked them to desired doneness. Then add sausage back after both veggies are cooked up good.

Just point your ass the direction you want to go, and go. I also am mounted only 3 cm behind center, which sucks for pow, but is great for freestyle.

    • @blakejohnson9214

To learn how ski switch, it’s good to start slow on a relatively mellow pitch. When you are first learning, practice looking over the opposite shoulder on every turn. This will really help you in the future. Also, when carving switch, it’s helpful to focus on ankle angulation and leaning (with higher speeds) while pointing with the opposite shoulder instead of angling the knee (as much as when carving regular). Switch skiing is a great technique/trick in and out of the park so play around the mountain with it! It’ll open a lot of doors for you in park riding.

When you're carving try to put all your weight on the outer leg in the turn. I've noticed in your vidoes that alot of your weight is distributed on the inner leg resulting in your skiis going in opposite directions. Looks good otherwise!!

My favorite car camping meal after a ski day is probably a hot bowl of chili with some plain toast on the side. It's a single pot recipe, and you already use most of the ingredients! Just sweat some onions and garlic, throw in some ground beef until the the water's all evaporated and the meat's a little brown, fry with some taco seasoning or a chili spice mix, drown everything in beef broth + a couple tomatoes. If you got it, throw in half a can of beer, jalapenos, and a little Worcestershire sauce. Cheese + sour cream if you're into it.
If you want to try some Asian, any stir fry noodle is pretty easy and comes together in like 10-15 minutes. Pad Thai is a nice one to get started. You can sub any noodle for spaghetti, buy a pre-prepared sauce at the grocery store Asian aisle, and you're gucci to bucci. Here's a simple recipe you can adjust with whatever you're feeling www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a53823/easy-pad-thai-recipe/

Here’s a food suggestion that I’ve used while camping. One pot, no chopping, and all ingredients are shelf stable. Adam Ragusea’s Chana masala: m.ua-cam.com/video/iKMI1xkU_oo/v-deo.html
