The main point of the Furball Fortress isn't adoption, but rather providing a place for those cats while also giving people the opportunity to play with the cats. Some may adopt, but it's just a normal cat cafe. You go, you chill with the cats, you leave.
Fun fact: The furnishing version the platform where you pet your cats still allows you to pet the cats currently placed in the teapot, meaning *the pet mechanic is perminent*

0:38 "that lip sync is horrible" The lip sync is actually very accurrate... to the CN dub. Genshin unfortunately does not seem to support the AI based automatic lip sync they use in HSR.

A few days before the Catpat Simulator event dropped I set up a dedicated cat room for Lynette in response to doing her hangout, moving Ayaka out of it into another room. Originally it had a black-and-white cat in it in reference to Bonnie, the cat we never adopt from her hangout. But when the event dropped, black-and-white moved to the corridor with a cat bed nearby and Sir Pouncelot and the cat throne moved in with French Kitty instead.
@@NightmareRex6 She has hissed at people who have drank beer. She has knocked some empty beer cans though. Also, not sure if it fits, but she likes to go inside bags of all kinds. Also, I think she has some tsundere traits. Those being, liking to be pet, but hating it sometimes when she shows that she likes it.

This event could have been more engaging with the cats instead of click simulator 2024. I would have like voice acting from the other characters too. But I like the rewards tho
In case anyone is actually curious; cats are actually destroyers of ecosystems lmao that's why strays are such a huge problem and more and more experts recommend having your cats indoors, to protect the wildlife (notably birds) from their murderous tendencies as they have so far ended a total of 63 species... 💀 Anyway I had a blast playing with the little monsters during the event, they are adorable!
This is an event which is the definition of mid. It's not bad but nowhere close to great. It's enjoyable but repetitive and it's sad that not all dialogue was voiced

Agreed, i'm a cat person but this event gave me little emotional feelings. Seeing the cats do the same animation is really sad. It was really cute at first, but then you just pet the cat with a cursor. Pet the same spot until it get a 0, then switch spots to pet until the game told you it's enough and get your rewards. I'm happy with Rosaria and Albedo's appearance but that's it... The decorations are fixed to have us get the buffs, why even bother giving us a choice to arrange them when i can only arrange it in a certain way? This is not like the management event where it changes daily. Really dissapointing
