Tesla, Jeep compass, Alfa Romeo , Lexus NX does not come with spare tire , Motor Club does not do there home work , before they dispatch , specially Urgently
Yeah I always ask if they have a spare and 75% the customer is a moron and can't clearly answer that. It's always some dumb shit. Like it's a new car of course it does or it's not my car or some other dumb shit instead of looking before requesting service, smh! In this situation the customer lied and told the car club and me and his son that he had a spare. Why? Cause he's a f n moron! I hate customers that do that to us. Like just take a f n look first right.
Isn’t there a donut spare underneath the back? There should be a little cover that drops down after loosening a single nut.

Couldnt you in this case offer a plug( guessing it was repairable) and get $40,00 or more in situations where there is no spare tire

Lately newer kia's are not coming with spare tires. Then customer will say that they bought a spare tire and get mad when I won't install a spare tire that isn't hub centric.
