Bitterballen, kroket, frikandel, patatje oorlog. Best you can try of all is spekkoek imo however not as common. Definitely top of the list. Ok I as a dutchman will explain the Weed Law. It is legal to sell weed with a license, that's what all the coffeeshops do. It's illegal to advertise it, it's illegal to grow and it's illegal to sell to kids. It's also illegal to supply gardening equipment to weee growers for some reason, dankjewel Opstelten. Every coffeeshop has a contract with the city they are located in and coffeeshops have to honour this contract otherwise they'll lose the license. I recommend you try Stroopwafels fresh from the bakery or market, Poffertjes are also really good and my favourite Kibbeling. We also have some great chinese food I recommend Fu yung hai and Nasi but baby pangang is also good but really chewy. Also try Pataje oorlog which comes with satesaus, aka peanut sauce. We took that home from Indonesia when it was still part of our kingdom. Also if you try weed don't go for prerolled joints they have a low content of weed, you're better off buying weed and papes and then using the prerolls as tabacco for your joints.
