@@ThatsJustMyBabyDaddy wrong. as someone who works on Broadway what we do doesn't compare. This man performed non-stop. Actors on broadway are not moving like that nonstop. Sorry
Thank you for sharing from this view. Awesome show!! Big thank you to Usher for hand picking the Jackson State University Sonic Boom of the South marching band.
I saw the performance from home and they didn’t show Usher and Alicia high five each after their duo performance that was dope to see, thanks for sharing!
THANK YOU! 💙 Jackson State University Alumni really love you for posting this angle. We get to see more of our Sonic Boom marching band...and we delight that Usher's team let the Boom keep many of its signature moves, spins, kicks, high steps, drum major mace moves, etc. We even get to see our beloved band execute very quick transitions from one area to another. Also, it was great to see them rush the stage at the end! I loved seeing a cymbal player twist-wave his/her cymbals at the very back of the crowd. We Mississippians are so PROUD of them!!! 60 band members graduate this May; so many of the 100 members selected here will have the most exquisite lifetime college memory! 💙🐅💙 #LuvDaBoom
They were the WHOLE show. Best part of the performance from the seats because we were so far away from those singing and rapping, regardless of how much we paid for our seat and the status of premium VIP club sideline.
@TheSubmissionChannel If you want to see more of them...especially, their ESPN HBCU Battle of the Bands competition in November 2023, you can go to their JSU Band channel on this platform. For that competition, they perform a whole Usher halftime. (We the fans did not know that Usher had already invited them to perform at the Superbowl. That November performance was their silent "thank you" to Usher for the invite. Jermaine Dupri & Dallas Austin had been in the audience that night. At the start of that performance, the Boom combines their opening fanfare "Rolling" with Usher's "Superstar". They end the performance with "There Goes My Baby". You get to see their drills, dancing style, & also the dancing majorettes (the J-settes) also performing with them. (Some of the J-settes signature moves have been lovingly "borrowed" by Beyoncé for her "All The Single Ladies" and the "Homecoming/Coachella" performance. In fact, the J5 Sonic Boom drum majors do have a short cameo in the Homecoming documentary...when Beyoncé mentions how HBCU Bands inspired her Coachella performance.) Also, check out any of their "Get Ready" entrance/exit videos. Temptations "Get Ready" song is our signature...and the J5 drum majors and the J-settes are ELECTRIC in that Get Ready routine.
OMG. I loved seeing this from your vantage point with the filming which you captured so beautifully bc seeing it on TV, we miss some many stuff. USHER ate ❤🔥
I just can't get enough of this show! If anyone could put on a great show, it's Usher. He put his whole heart into this. Thanks so much for sharing this video! We love you, Usher!
Thank you for sharing this view of the show. The Jackson State University Sonic Boom of the South did that! Usher and guest too! #BoomBowl #TheeILove #JSU #SBOTS 💙🤍🐅
Thank you for filming this video! The official broadcast did not do his performance justice... so many weird camera angles and cuts - the most egregious one was in the middle of his dance break during Love in This Club. I didn't know he did a crotch-grab at 4:23 too!
That was a 22,000$ seat! 🤣 Actually, it may have been originally priced higher; I bought it on the secondary market an hour before kickoff. On the Friday of that weekend, Adele had confessed to us that she had a huge teenaged crush on Usher; however, she was flying back home to watch on TV. She had been to the Super Bowl before and revealed to us that one couldn't see the halftime show performance very well, and since it was the reason she was going: home it was for her. I don't watch anything on TV.
@@CatBot007 I actually thought their footage was better than the tv footage. Seeing the entire performance from the time stamp you posted was a WAY better view and showed how insane the entire production was. Definitely the best halftime show I've ever seen. And apparently the most watched ever. Impressive!
@@nylotus I kind of wish they released uncompressed and uncut footage of shows like this. The official and epically the shot on iPhone version has so many cuts.
@TheSubmissionChannel nope he doesn't.. his father Raymond always says his family is from Haiti 🇭🇹 Usher sometimes mentioned that, during the earthquake in January 2010. But he doesn't know anything about Haiti, but I remember he said he would like to go there some days to know his roots.

To dance, skate all while NOT lip singing is underrated. USHER=LEGENDARY 🔥
People do it 8 times a week on Broadway all the time. 😂
@@ThatsJustMyBabyDaddy 😑😂
Facts!! No lip singing just raw talent
@@ThatsJustMyBabyDaddyThat’s not the SuperBowl and they’re not Usher

Usher killed it 🔥🔥🔥
I've seen this from a lot of angles, this was great. Appreciate Ushers hard work. Hats off to the camera people...just wow
62 year old grandma loved Usher's performance!!!💕🌹💕🌹
I love the choreography of the cane guys on "love in this club" performance
They’re members of Kappa Alpha Psi
Kudos to whoever filmed this version. We have a greater appreciation for this performance. Thank you for posting.
Really wished concerts with official recordings leave in a static shot so you can see all the vfx without the view cutting every second
Usher & these artists is so under rated as an artist because that was a lit halftime show to 🔥🔥🔥

Now these are the angles they should have captured for TV to show everything that he put into this show. Thanks for posting!
I love how usher paid tribute to his drummer by averaging the drum set on stage and allowing no one to touch it. Legend
USHER ate this up!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Best Halftime Show in history

I love the: “Halftime show is about to start, so I have to hang up unfortunately”…..I would have been like “Mama hang up Usher here”(click).
0:40 the guy talking to his dad 😭
"Love you dad" LMAO so cute
This was wonderful!
Thanks for filming so cool to see behind the scenes of prepping and where they go after each scene

Great view of the show! The audience videos are the BEST! Did you capture the setup or takedown? I’m always curious how they setup so quickly.
I wish I was there I would have sang every song
13:00 who wants to tell her it’s not recording 😮
people are being tossed in the vackground unfortunately this was not shown in the live,
Good seats!!
Give it up for the camera men!!! Dang that was some work
Excelente show
Idk how I feel about this half time performance
My real question is why was there another drummer accompanying the drummer?
That begs the question, sir: can one have too many drummers?
@@TheSubmissionChannelEsque next to the drummer there is another one who follows the same rhythm, what I want to know is why
