I think for the tuna salad little tiny chopped pieces of veggies and wayyyy les is the way to go and you can always add more. Also no vanilla yogurt do plain yogurt or just Mayo ❤

YES VLOG TAKEOVER PLEASE! I remember way back when you guys did the roommate takeover!!! You should do one vlog where Mack takes over and one where Ryan takes over!!! That would be so fun!!
Running on the treadmill forces you to keep the exact same pace and foot strike at all times. Which can feel like your body can’t naturally adjust so even at a slow pace the paces can feel forced. Vs when you run outside, although you might keep the same pace, you’re adjusting to the ground,turns, different elevations ect. Which can feel more natural.

And also running outside is all immersing vs the same old air room sight smell etc.

I think Anna is a newer swiftie since I’ve noticed she sometimes misspeaks on Taylor stuff but yeah Taylor thought everyone *wanted* her to disappear :( and plus that relationship was so private. I think peace beautifully demonstrates this, it’s my fave off folklore

And it's understandable why some people would rather not be filmed going to a gas station. 🙄 I think a football player might be the cave man taylor spoke of needing . He's under pressure a lot and he's very comfortable with the cameras and just not intimidated by any if this taylor world wind .

Have you ever tried eyebrow threading?? They might be able to get them as thin as you want and the perfect shape you want! I love threading now more than waxing! They also will trim them for you! Personally I love your eyebrows & thick eyebrows are in right now! Do whatever makes YOU feel confident though☺️❤️
