Bo Jackson hit the greatest Home Run of his baseball career that night. It’s a tragedy they were beaten by the Blue Jays in the ALCS. That team was so lethal.

I was at this game sitting behind home plate in the upper deck, when Bo hit the homer it looked like a simple pop up to short as he hit it a mile high but it kept carrying. The place went crazy when it went over the fence.

Okay, I realize that they could have done a far better job in designing this ballpark. I fully understand and agree that this ballpark is the last of the cookie cutter stadiums. And yes, it is never, ever going to be considered a classic stadium. I get all of that.
But I will say this- this stadium doesn't take a backseat to many stadiums and ballparks when you have a full house, and when a moment like Jackson's home run happens. When White Sox fans are in big numbers and in a tense, meaningful situation, they can be just as loud and excited as anyone.
This game reminded me of that, as well as the 2005 World Series and the 2008 Blackout Game. Thank you for this.

I wish I was wrong as I am a White Sox fan, but I suppose in the end, I can celebrate the fact that the best team did win the whole thing. I don't like it, but I respect the heck out of that Toronto team.
