I wanna audition with the song : ua-cam.com/video/w62vZn2VgkM/v-deo.html But Lisa did the cover that is famous. is it an overused song that people dance to ? And should I use as my audition video cause i like the instructor or the choreographer that did the dance she did amazing so did Lisa but I love energy of the song should I do it as my audition song or change it ?
In my opinion, the importance of these categories is ranked as: 1) Singing (we can't really change our own voice). Moreover, singing is the most crucial part of the song. There are many hit kpop songs without M/Vs or Dance videos that clearly accelerates the position of singing above any visual or dance category. 2) Visuals ( facial features can only be changed through surgery, however, your hairs, skincare, makeup and dressing style cab alter your look to a great extent). It's higher in rank because your face is what attracts anyone at first. Alot of neitizens/public can attack you if you are not fitting into their beauty standards or if they find that you have gone through surgery, no matter how skilled you are in other categories. Remember, how visuals of famous groups like Jin from BTS, or (in my opinion Tzuyu from twice was selected only because of her visuals/ based on public opinions. Now they both are good in other categories but they "might" got selected because of visuals). 3) Dancing + Rapping: You can't be a born dancer. Dancing is only "learnt" through practice/ training. Rapping is underrated but some major groups like Twice lacks rappers. Not everyone can rap, it's kinda special. Alot of kpop fans really like to learn the rapping part of their fav groups. So I think it's equally important.

Honestly I would totally agree with Irene on that point , humans in general tend to enjoy looking at more visually attractive things . most of the famous celebrities are attractive and good looking thats why many people watch them .

Like nowadays, there are idols not only from Korea, china and japan but Thailand, Taiwan and mixed race ( with East Asian descent ) too and I feel like maybe more kpop idols will come from different countries ( like southeast Asia and South Asia, maybe even america idk). Whats your opinion on this? I heard that in some auditions, they make you catwalk or something and take your pictures from different angles. I don't actually understand the purpose of this 😅.
