Please say more about white rice. It's the main ingredient in my Vietnamese family's diet. The grandparents grow it and machine the hulls off. Thanks in advance!
Look forward to our appointment in August to help sort through this with Z!
Hi... I really liked the videos, great tips!! We have almost excluded the diary and sugar from my son's diet.. gluten is what we have to work on.. I just had a question... my child is 4.3 and does not like to chew his food... he does chew apples though.. any other chewy food like broccoli he just pockets it in his mouth... he has been on OPT since long and does well with chewy tube, however that has not transitioned to food.. he just doesnt get it that he needs to chew his food first.. how can I help him..
