He's a Mencap Myth Buster, business owner, and is competing in the Boccia events at the Special Olympics for Great Britain this week
Michael says: "I’m a loving, caring and very determined baker, athlete and boyfriend who wants people to know people like me can run a successful business. I own my own company - Coal Pit Welsh Cakes - I was the first man in Wales with Down's Syndrome to run a marathon and I'm proud of everything I do."
