In today's video, I discuss the pros and cons of both as well, as design and comfort. I apologise for the sound quality or lack thereof. After filming I realised my mic was not picking up and the sound was coming from the Xioami 14 Ultra I was filming on
One aspect I didn't mention was the battery life, which is great on both devices. The Huawei products can last between 10 and 14 days and the Whoop easily 7 days between charges.

Hey, i just got the Huawei band 8, but i notice that even when i adjust the activity Ring goals in the health App, on the watch it doesnt adjust, wich i find quite anoying. Is there a way to adjust the activity goal on the watch?

That's an interesting glitch and one I would have thought would adjust when the watch and device are synced together. Perhaps it needs a little time. I haven't experienced this myself.
