pile 3. You are right. There's no relationship with me and this person. I just met this person 4months ago when they seek me out. At the beginning the communication was going fine. 2 Months later there seems to have been a shift in the energy I seem to be doing more talking and communicating and they would just reply. However, they were the one who came behind me. They were sending me messages 3 months prior to actually talking to them but I didn't receive them until Dec end of 2024. Until I understand this person and connection, I decide to retract my effort and energy and focus on what I have always been focused on before.
I think you're doing the right thing. I've been in a similar situation and what can come handy is to write down letters (without sending them!) to that person expressing how you feel and everything that you would like to say to him but you didn't dare.
