This was simply incredible. I’m speachless as how to properly describe it. I will admit the “although my heart is flawed I knew my weakness” with Zuko and Azula. As someone with younger siblings preferred by parents I can say that his dislike for her was normal and never had a thing to do with the fact that’s she’s crazy. He sees his 14 y/o little sister and that’s obvious in the crystal caves when he sees her facing a master water bender and the avatar and decides then to help her. This was so amazingly put together bravo.

The fire nation royal family was chaotic and ruined from the start and the character development of Zuko is pretty incredible, and is definitely one of the reasons this show is one of my absolute favs. Anyways this made my day! I love how _expressive_ this video is. 😮 I feel like I'm watching a story fall into place... like I'm reliving a nuanced, bittersweet tragedy. -(I usually think of Loki & Thor with this song cause I first heard it in a Marvel edit, but this. -*-THIS.-*- It's honestly lovely.)- All the heartbreaking quotes from Zuko and Azula, and the parallels with Roku & Sozin, everything. Tell me. If Sozin is as old as Roku, and they were atleast 69 years old (?) when Roku died.
Then it can be assumed that Azulon already had a son of his own. When Roku died, Azulon must be at his 40s and Iroh and Ozai were kids.
Then Iroh and Ozai is a bit older than Aang. And Aang after when he became 12 was lost for 100 years.
