I think people say normal mewtwo is better, so I'd go with 15/15/12 even if it's slightly worse so you can purify the 1st one for a 100% mewtwo

Yeah you can use without moonblast. Moonblast preferred, but can use gleam or dragon pulse and still perform fairly well

There's a lot of similarity, but its becoming more diverse of a meta than it previously was! As more legendaries rotate in, we'll see more and more variety
