I just caught a shark on the fishing game. It is pretty intuitive. Even for a beginning player, you can still get some rewards. I'll be back after I help @Jennifer MB cut the ends off her new floor mats. LOL

Mitch I was car shopping this weekend and my husband and the salesman were looking at me like a psycho b/c I was getting on the floor and examining the quality of the carpet pile to decide if it would be easy to keep clean 🤩😁😁

Same when it comes time to get a new vehicle. I like my vehicle but the carpet gets on my nerves when trying to clean it.
We have a great teacher, dont we! I sold a Mustang a few years ago...I Bought a steamer, I also opened the glove compartment and cleaned it. I slso vacuumed the trunk!

I’ve literally learned everything about detailing from watching this guy and have began to start my own business. I was lucky enough that my dad has a facility with a wash bay and a brand new hotsy. It has a big enough overhead door to fit combines and tractors which will be a a big part of the business during harvest/planting season. Basically just had to buy my own products and the steamer and carpet and upholstery cleaner and detail brushes and shit. So, thanks dude

The Rav4 seems to be a pretty nice small SUV once cleaned up. That RED is beautiful, and you made it glossy and shiny again. 8 floor mats, wow, that's a lot of coverage. One on top of the other I suppose for bad weather. The sock question was one I appreciated. I can understand not wanting to track more dirt in the car after cleaning up the carpets. There was a lot of gross water in that bucket. FISHWITHMITCH, the fishing game sounds like a good relaxing time after a tough 11 hour day of cleaning up a car. Although dirty, you can clearly tell that it is still a well taken care of RAV4. The interior parts are all intact and not scratches, dash looks brand new and the paint still projecting color richness. This car definitely parks in shade and was never abused. Still an amazing transformation!!
Wow, for a 2010 it's beautiful; I just wish they would have you do the engine compartment to finish it off. "Great job"!

This turned out brilliant! My dad’s had a couple of these, a ‘95 model and ‘07, the ‘95 drank petrol because of the Celica engine (2L petrol, you could see the needle go down) but we rescued a Land Rover from a muddy ditch with the ‘07 which was hilarious. The rav 4 makes a good workhorse.

My dad and I just took the front bucket seats out of my car for the first time and I’m so excited to get to fully detail my car! We even have the trim and dash removed! Mind you, it’s because my AC isn’t working but still, silver lining!

Thank You for this upload. This is the one car I been wanting to get except in a 2012 RAV4 with the V6 engine. Mostly I love the 3rd Generation models. It’s hard to find the RAV4’s with the V6 since Toyota Doesn’t make the RAV4 in a V6. But glad you got to do a Detailing on this car.

Compared to the other cars in the past , this one looked easier to clean.
I looked at several older Rav 4s while vehicle shopping and I must say, this one looks brand new. Like wow!
Have you ever thought of doing a 12 hour live stream of cleaning a vehicle? I think youd get a decent audience and they could donate through superchats while you're doing it
Love your work! It's so refreshing seeing a person that pays as close attention to detail as myself. One recommendation for your videos however, I'd love to see the cleaning portion of the driver's side, where you detail the steering wheel and such. Personally, that's one of my favorite and most satisfying areas to detail. Thanks in advance!

6:26 - I hear ya about the softer rubber floor mats…I had the same ones (from Walmart) for 6 vehicles…until I got Husky ones for my F-150 and IMO they are way nicer & easier to clean. Great video, Mitch!

I love that you didn't bother to vacuum the cargo deck, rather; spray it dirty, grind all that crap in with the drill brush and then power wash it out. I should have done the same with the carpets out of the 99 Suburban I found sitting in a farm field for 10 years. Keep up the great work.

Wow...this is amazing....I have a RAV4 and I'm amazed af the detail that you give the car especially the seats and carpets. That's the kind of thing I want done for my car. I replaced my mats with weathertech floor liners and cargo liner just for extra protection and they work great

It's crazy how many people don't take care of their cars. I have that same car in blue. Mine is 15 years and it has never been that filthy. My seats still look great, the floor looks great...just a few wear & tear scratches.

Honestly I enjoyed this detailing it's not the same black interior as it is most of the time
Suggestion.... Hang the carpets with a hook on the wall.. That way you'll use WAY less (high pressure) water

I always hang floor mats on the wall when I clean them & let the dirt run & drip out, instead of driving the dirt back into the mat...
Curious about why you don’t use some kind of pre-wash? Only using water to rinse the vehicle is not enough to remove road film before the contact wash (many videos on yt). Well produced videos! 👍

The reasons why people don't cut off the strip from floor mats
1. too lazy
2. don't have scissors
3. hang them by using the holes when cleaning
4. extra 1x8 strip that will protect the carpet
What a sloppy old car! Toyota’s are meant to last and are reliable, but wow that thing is filthy. I can’t believe how much it’s gone through the years. Have a good weekend peeps!
Can you show us how to apply foam with a domestic hose as few of us have a pressure washer.
Or do a post of you cleaning an average dirty car with no pressure washer, thx mike.
Have you seen those videos where people have been using muscle massagers to vibrate debris out of car carpets? I think that would be a fun thing to put to the test.

For a 2010 this vehicle is impeccable
how about using pressured air after using the vacuum? especially with a real dirty interior. obviously you would need eye and mouth/noise protection.
