The number of passes on those seats is why I prefer this channel over the others! You can really see the effort, the quality of the work, and the impressive results!
Thank you!
I was about to write the exact same thing! How many passes? Six? Seven? And each and every one was necessary! Great job!
Yup, most of the other guys stop after one half-assed pass it seems like.
Keep in mind just because it isn’t filmed that doesn’t mean they didn’t do it.
But in other different ways I do agree that MAD is the best, for example dyeing carpets and many other things. So yes I agree they are the best, but for different reasons.
Pablo stop trying to make it seem like hating lol remember ppl don’t record everything
Hey Everyone,
Just a heads-up to anyone wishing to do the engine detailing on their own vehicles… please take all precautions when it comes to the electrics!
It is detriment that you remove your Battery, cover the Fuse and Relay Panels that are in the Bay, and make sure it is all completely dry before putting it back together to start the vehicle.
Afterwards, let it stand outdoors on a dry day for 24 hours or blow the entire bay down with compressed air, then leave it to stand outside for 8 hours.
If you have indoor space then make sure to heat it well with a safe Radiator that you can leave on overnight plugged into an Anti-Surge Adaptor as an extra precaution. Let it dry well after getting as much of the water out as you possibly can.
Being a mechanic for over 15 years now, then I can confidently tell you that it is not worth just going crazy by spraying and jetting chemicals or water straight into the Bay.
Stay Safe!… Stay Well!… Stay Positive!
Stewart
Thanks Stewart!
@@missdrey954 ...
You are very welcome and I hope this information has helped you. It is extremely important that if you do not have access to Compressed Air, try grabbing yourself an extremely powerful Leaf Blower, or anything like that which is able to blast as much water out as possible. If neither of those are available to you, then wipe down everything as much as you can with a good absorption towel before letting the vehicle stand in or around heat for a minimum of 24 Hours. It will be a minimum of 8 Hours if you have the possibility to blast the vehicle's bay.
Time, Heat, Dry Environments, and Prepping are your best friends when it comes to Engine Detail.
Reminder:
Extract Battery First, Waterproof ALL Fuse & Relay Boxes by covering them up, make sure to plan a day or two for the vehicle to sit once detailing is complete, and it will be safe to put it all back together again.
You may get some steam after starting the engine and letting it run up to temp, but it will be minimal and just that... Steam... so do not panic.
As always to you and everyone here...
Stay Safe!... Stay Well!... Stay Positive!
Stewart
I've always wondered that when watching these videos because they don't show that.
If you were a mechanic for 15 years like you claim, then you would know that it’s completely safe to spray water in your engine bay without covering anything as long as you blow the water out thoroughly enough afterwards . As someone who’s done it to all of my vehicles for over 10 years, I have never ever had a problem with my process
@@keesknees bro this guy just blast water in the engine
If I'd let my car get like that there's no way I'd appear in the reaction part!
I wouldn’t either! That was just trifling
same. but what if they would deep clean your car for FREE if you will show your face at the end. would you do it? 😂😂
Exactly 😂
I’d be to embarrassed.
I thought so too
I'm basically obsessed with this channel at this point. I love how much care and effort are put into these cleans. Honestly every professional detailer should do what you do and how you do it. I'm so glad this channel exists. I do watch others: Geek, Ammo and Stauffer. But M.A.D is my top favorite. I really like Ammo as well. I love them all tbh. It's all very satisfying.
I also like Ammo because he seems honest. He doesn't even plug his own products in every video like some of them. I've only seen him recommend his products if they are for a very specific task. I think his wife is a chemist so she can mix the products to do exactly what he wants. But his car wash process is so deep that I try to use some of his techniques and they do work on almost any car.
@@largol33t1 oh wow I had no idea his wife is a chemist. Thanks for that nugget of information. I always wondered how he formulated all his products. Now it makes perfect sense 😁
I recently worked as a vehicle inspector for customers who wanted to trade/sell their cars and a lot of the customers' cars looked like this car. Im just glad the owner knew he had to do something about it, thats admirable to me. You can get people sick when they have to get into cars like that!
Ive learned so much from your page on TikTok! I detail my car and people are so surprised they think I got it done professionally. I have invested in simile tools and products so k can do as close of job as you do. Thank you for all the tips and tricks!
I loved how you extracted the carpets and pressure washed it as the carpet quality looks terrible. I agree with you those are hard to vacuum and extract. Older cars have a better quality carpets compared to new ones today.
Plus I love to see you, Stauffer Garage and WD Detailing collab video
This video should have no less than 100K LIKES because of the fact this business removes seats, carpet, and middle console. Now that’s 💯% REAL car detailing. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽‼️
I love that you pull out the carpet to properly clean everything!
I found this channel a few days ago after watching a rug be super cleaned. All the vacuuming and different machines are like white noise and have been helping me sleep. Shout out to you guys!
Excellent work, as always M.A.D detailing team. I like how you do multiple passes on the seats and more importantly, remove all seats whenever possible, to clean things thoroughly. Cleaning the engine bay is also a good one, because not detailing channels seem to do it on every vehicle they work on (or if they do, they don't show it). Thanks for the upload!
I've watched all of your videos and I of use all your products. Even I from time to time am just amazed by some of these transformations. A lot of it IS the greatness of the products, but most of it is your knowledge of best practices, expertise in paint corrections, and simply how hard you guys work without stopping until the cars look absolutely brand new again. Great work on this one.
Nice job Foster! I like how honest the customer was in the reaction.
Enjoying the art of detailing to the max every week 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
As always, another fine transformation, Foster. If my poor seats had as much oil and crud on them as those did, I would have thought about replacing or reupholstering. Glad to see that you were able to salvage them. On a side note, I recently purchased the Leather Cleaner and the Leather Silk for the black/white seats in my show car. I haven't really cleaned them in the 3 1/2 years since I had them reupholstered. They weren't that dirty, I use great care in the upkeep. Had a big car show coming up, and I used the cleaner for the seats then followed up with the Leather Silk. OMG that stuff is AMAZING! My seats look better than when they were new. I put two coats of Silk on and worked it in. There was just enough shine to make them look new and it really refreshed them. And the leather smell is great. Wife is an equestrian rider/trainer and she used both the cleaner and the Silk on some old leather halters and show bridles that were several years old. It made those look like brand new. These products are great and I would urge anyone with leather seats to give it a try. You won't be sorry. Got to try out the APC next.
That’s so awesome man! It truly means a lot that people enjoy the products as much as I do!
@@MADDETAILING My pleasure, sir. When you said the products were really good, they really are. 👍
Does your shop do details for outside customers or just for the videos? I’d love to get my truck done by you guys.
As always, great work. Had it not been for the chips in the paint the care would have looked new. Thanks again for posting your videos.
Love the video ❤️ and hehe I saw the sprayer and knew exactly which extractor setup you were running looking foward to the review video 😁
Best detailer out there. So thorough…so satisfying 😍
Excellent job!!!! Never in my life I would have thought that car would look almost brand new or close!!! Very stellar job!!!
That green is so beautiful. I know the 2020 or newer has a better body style and stuff, but you just CAN'T beat that green color 🙂💚💚💚
Great, great job ! Thank you for sharing !
Holy cow… the effort! You guys are the best!
Your channel should be called the the number 1 detailer on UA-cam..seriously
Said it before and I’ll say it again….someone should be embarrassed and ashamed they let their car get this filthy.
agree!
And also, who buy this kind of green? this is ugly like hell.
The owner is an absolute disgusting pig.
Should have just set it on fire for the insurance. Shameful!
He’s a mechanic and it’s a work horse. So it makes sense. Oily clothes, hauling tires etc my rav4 was used for same purpose wasn’t this bad but I understand how his got this bad.
@@Nxman.G nope, no excuse for being a slob.
Just WOW!!!!!!! 🤯 Great work!!!!!
Nice straight to the point and simple 👍👍
What an insane transformation! Nice job Foster !
That new machine looks sick! Great outcome
Nice job on the engine, that is the best most detailed treatment I've seen on an engine bay in detailing videos by anyone
Awesome job as always
I'm loving the new angles of the video and what an amazing transformation
Thank you!
@@MADDETAILING I always look forwards to Thursday because of these details and I always love the before and after of the paint correction and polishing, you are by far the best detailer I enjoy watching.
This is a great video. Nice job. 😎👊🏻🔨
I always love the owners reaction
4:35 when the beat drop. You Built different adding that instrumental in there. Nice work and thank you for attention to detail lol get it 😂. I’m lame.
Love this one!! You never cease to amaze me with what you can do. 😁💪😘
Best detailer on UA-cam and I mean that. So much better than other top detailers.
Thank you so much for the support!
This is an insane transformation bro! My heart literally started beating so fast.
Excellent Video & Music! New subscriber from the UK!
I’m literally eating popcorn watching this right now, you showing me that anything can be saved.
Beautiful job as usual.
Thank you for another awesome video
Such a satisfying clean.
Wow!! You always do such an awesome job!! It looks brand new. I wish y'all were in Texas!!
Myself (30) and my children (10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 1) were thoroughly entertained and inspired by this video, thank you!
I'm curious! Can someone please explain to me how he just washed the entire engine bay without covering the sensitive parts like the computer box? Also, same thing when he was cleaning the front interior where he sprayed too much water with chemical solution that dripped on the steering wheel buttons and other electronics? Maybe I just did not see the covers at all, if he actually set them up.
This is beyond fantastic - truly, so riveting. I just tripped on the channel from the UK and it is absolutely worth its weight in Gold. Well done! Psyche aka Psyche Thompson UK 🌹
Great, great job done on this car. Excellent job done here.
Better watch out pulling the carpet. Detail Geek might tell you to brush up on your extracting skills lol. Great job as always brother!
Haha I wish he would 😂 thank you for the support!
hey don’t hate on each other love both of them😅
I don't forgive detail geek about that video he did a cadillac suv, that car was desperately asking for the carpets to be removed, and he said it's was not necessary and that he made all what could be done 🤦♂️
Detail geek should pull carpet out to clean but doesn't. Interested more on looks than results. This is a better cleaning. Extractors don't scrub on the floor pans.
Wonderful job! All hail the God of car detail!
This channel n detail Geek r the best to do it🔥🔥🔥
Great work ma brother both in video prepation and filming and in hand' s work fantabulous
Excellent work.. your follower from Saudi Arabia
Amazing how well the car has held up after all the dirt was washed away!
Давно такой грязи не было, но вы как обычно справились. Красавчики, ауффф. 👏
Why do people allow this to get so bad. Great work as always.
You get used to the badness and not realize how bad it is until you clean it up.
Depression is often a big factor in cases.
@@Tomimi570 I’ve gotten used to the badness on this channel and barely want to see normally dirty cars cleaned anymore
@@Mooam what ever thats the biggest bullshit line ever.
@@mikecox05799asd cool glad you told me, but considering some people who have depression want to kill themselves, the last thing on their minds is cleaning up
One car over 3 days? Damn, you must charge a fortune. I wish you could do my car. You are the most impressive detailer I’ve ever seen.
Another great video!
Thank you!
I do the same thing im in Springfield Massachusetts and i charge 500 and up for everything i even removed dens
what transformation
epic work Mad Detailing
Most excellent, Sir. I want this kind of detail for my Corolla…
Epic job 👍
I wouldn't show my face if that was my car. I always smile when I see a cleaning product inside a nasty car. First time I saw seats like that in that generation Corolla, I pictured them getting super nasty. Your work is awesome.
Great results!
I hope that the owner invest on good quality seat covers and WeatherTech floor liners
Amazing job.
That's insane, outstanding job! I always wondered how detailers feel putting all that work in, knowing that it may never be washed again lol.
Foster is top notch from start to finish! Always a great job... That poor car was a disaster... Another awesome transformation!
Wow 😮 what a transformation
Absolutely the best extraction skills
Love the transformation and customer reaction. Your extreme APC works amazing. Was wondering what pressure washer do you use when you are working on the exterior?
All products and tools are in the description below
@@stephentootle6388 the link for the pressure washer is broken and I dont see a link for his pump sprayer thing.
Seeing a lot of detailers steaming the carpets then drill brushing and extracting them now is that even necessary? Does it actually help break up the stains too?
Sometimes yes it does break up stains further than the drill brush. Especially something sticky like gum or something like spilled hair dye would probably be much harder to get out simply by brushing
good job, congratulations, small technical question, which free program can I use to make this mode "accelerated" in a video in edition?
a free one if possible :-)
thank you
You're the only detailer that knows how to apply the Right amount of steam, so it seem
Ustedes son buenos en su trabajo y hacen milagro con los autos.Dios lo bendiga
Maddersiling what the soreyer you using for the sests
Did you see this and hear the man here on carpets Detail Geek?? Detail Geek spends more time and effort defending why he leaves all what one cannot see behind by not pulling carpets than the effort to do it. You guys here at M.A.D. are genius!!
@Jonathan Ratliff not everybody has time to gut a car interior. In the detail geek's case. that's like pulling an engine out of a car when you're only doing basic maintenance, it just doesn't make sense. The guys on this channel are super hard on the detail geek, & they think that he can gut a car interior every time. Folks, that is not realistic for everybody... That's just the truth. He has kids to take care of, he can't spend days gutting a car interior. my main point is, don't give another detailer a hard time, because you never know what else they've got going on in their life. I truthfully don't understand how foster can stay up for 40 hours cleaning a car nonstop with no sleep. Must have lots of energy drinks to keep himself up & running. The detail geek doesn't want to do that, because guess what, he also has a whole family to attend to! As some of Fosters subscribers get older, they will finally understand reality of working too hard. It's about healthy decisions everybody!
very detail i always love it
What sprayer are you using with the red tip to spray APC? great video!
Excelent !! Brand New !
This channel is the only one where you see carpets pull out, and if they're not the car isn't cleaned completely.
Awesome 💯😎
big big restoration work! She needed the casserole! lol the total mastery you have every time, I love it too much! I would love that an honest and professional person like you takes care of my car! But you still haven't told me what 'milky' product you sprayed on the engine after washing it ?!
Great job on the Corolla and I love the color of the car I don't see a lot of green cars around
Very satisfying
A Lilly Brush works amazing on pet hair! Great videos!
As always a good job you really made that car look a hundred percent better.
I do have a question. I noticing a new trend which is basically an old way of doing things. For the last five plus years everybody who has a detail channel has been using foam applicators on the exterior. For the last 6 months or so I noticing everyone's going back to using the wool applicator. Some are using it for the whole job others are doing it like you are. You start off using wool and at the end you switch back to the foam. Back when I was a young man and cleaning up my cars the only thing we used was wool and terry cloth.
Is there some reason for going back to the old way?
Nice job Foster.
showroom ready!
New to the channel. Love it. Do you sand and polish the rear taillights the same as the headlights?
Awesome work, amazing transformation 👍 .. P.s, for those watching, car seat covers save a lot of troubles.
"This is exactly why we pull the carpet out"..Nice! 👌
YOU ARE THE BEST, BEST AND BEST. WOW WOW WOW VERY VERY CLEAN AFTER. NEW CAR WOW.
amazing job on that wow
Awesome content. What is the name of the song playing when you are cleaning the seats
We use to jet wash really dirty seats using the wide fan nozzle on medium pressure it would bring stains out then use and extractor.
21:37 tha beat playing right here is CLEAN!! 😎
I see you used a new machine to spray on the apc on the seats… What machine is that?? Amazing results on the interior!!
Amazing job on those seats 😮
omg this is so satisfatory
Lol the difference between detail geek and mad detailing is mad detailing get the best looking cars but after all y'all doing awesome job. And your extreme OPC is remarkable.❤️
