I still haven't even seen Morgan's version yet, and ain't even worried about seeing it. I like some of Morgan's stuff but I feel like his record label had him do this track to try to say "look at Morgan doing a track with a black guy, he can't be racist ". 7:15 Makes you wonder why Durk and Wallen did the original track in the first place (cancel culture band-aid?) and then Wallen snubbed Ryan and Chase at Aldeans which caused them to drop their video before the official one..
The added chorus with them harmonizing makes the song sound fuller, I prefer the classic Upchurch rapping style over the auto-tuned robot crap that Durk did.
Wallen has that gravel and was a bit auto-tuned while Chase has a clearer natural tone.
The difference of the industry buying the club and blocking off the strip to do the video shoot vs. Upchurch and Matthew just walking the strip with the people, real.
I prefer the remix as they added what was missing from the original.

The funny thing about this video, it's legit. They actually went downtown Nashville for the night recording random shit with people for the video, church hopped on stage at one of the bars and sang a track for everyone, then they ran into the original artist and tried to buy him a beer and his security got all weird with them so he said Fuck it and dropped this before the original 🤣🤣
