Halton Hills Housing Update - Ep.119

Today I report July’s numbers and although they are what I predicted, it’s still surprising. Our average price was over $1.2 million which seems crazy but we’ve seen a shift with the majority of homes selling over a million dollars lately.
Our week to week sales have slowed down, and even though there is an increase in properties exiting the market, the number of new listings is still a lot and it’s providing no relief for the market and available inventory.
I can’t wait to see what August brings in terms of new trends and what the rest of the summer market looks like.
