Pretty dope! Superman is my favorite superhero so it's nice to see him getting some love and attention from different companies. Though, personally skipped out on this one because I have the justice league version like you do, and It still wins out for me simply because of the more classic vibrant colors, I think they look great on this suit. That being said if inart does do a justice league version I will so be on it, or hell even if hot toys gives me a 2.0 that will do as well. Alas something tells me the justice league version will be the only one we will get, so maybe i'll focus on getting it modded for better proportions/a better paint job. thanks for sharing!
yea bro idk what he talks about. paying hot toys the same, with plastic hexagon, and crap cape and u go buy custom now adding more to the hot toy. contradicting as hell but love the figure. crap company but great figure. hot toys can’t compare because it will blow out water well there is the difference. im done outty 100
The Hot Toys version is from 2016 and it doesn't look like a toy. It's crazy how much Inart has brainwashed collectors with its marketing, I have the Hot toys BVS and the costume is intact and not baggy like Inart. For this price the figurine should be perfect.
I've just watched Najam Art Works video review of this figure, you can see they have encountered the same issue when inserting the flight pole. Damn!! Like you, I had intended to have him in a hovering pose, but now I'll have him posed like in the scene in MOS just after he crashes during his maiden flight, when composes himself and looks up to the sun.
Very comprehensive and objective review. Great job! What a great figure. Inart are certainly the top dogs when it comes to producing the most accurate and lifelike looking figures. As for the value, it certainly softens the blow when you get such a great second headsculpt, and not only a great cape, but two of them (two custom capes of that quality would easily set you back more than £100). That's before I even mention that we're getting the highest quality Superman figure at 1/6 that's ever been made. It bodes very well for the eventual Christopher Reeve Superman. Two of the things you don't like - the rooted bang and repositional base magnets were Justin's suggestions. While I agree with you on the former; it was pointless imo and most likely added to the bill of materials, workload and price... I do think the base magnets are an improvement over what we got with Inart's earlier figures, and it doesn't look like Inart are going to give us a fully magnetic base at this point.
inart body proportion is more accurate than hot toys, but i feel like both head sculpt arent that great. but inart certainly looks closer to henry cavill than hot toys
CAPE will hide that. Are you going to pose without the cape? Cowl opening is larger from Superman pulling it off. The cowl will not snap into place right away from being pulled off. Makes since! Inart should of made the cowl more out of shape being head is not in it.
I still haven't gotten mine. Spec Fiction takes forever. Anyway, I got this for that angry head sculpt. The one thing that really stands out to me though is how janky the elbow joints look. Nobody really talks about that. Is that something to do with the body they used? They just look off to me.
I think I talked the knee joints also it’s a problem of the suit being so thin and depending how drastic you bend the joints it’s going to look off for sure
..."The curl it´s epic fail in my opinion whoever idea was it it´s stupid" (Justin Collection is proud to have had the idea, to have talked to inart and that they accepted the request XD)
Nice figure I can't wait to get mine but the wrist pegs should of fitted in the hands better and that seamline looks really bad at the side of the head sculpt, and at the back as well , it looks really bad build quality if you ask me. This would not happen if this was Hot Toys as you can't see seamlines that easy with Hot Toys head sculpts and their wrist pegs fit in the hands without any problems. Inart need to build their figures better.
Thank you for joining our team we need more like you to stand up for us!!! So what if we like rubbish mate! Why is that so terrible? It is our cash to spend on any rubbish we'd like. So what if the package is 3rd party as long as i pay top dollar for my product to come in moisturize protected with a plastic bag theres nothing more i can ask for from an incredible company like Queen Studio. That name is a real brand. Hope you keep standing up for us mate. Cheers 🍻
The sculpted hair alongside the joints clamping the thin suit ,have been my biggest turn off from this figure . Still not sure if I’m gonna keep the PO.
the suit materrial feels better than the hot toys one , wrist pegs are way stronger than the hot toys, but yeah you need a heatgun/hairdryer to heat them up , i'm a hot toys fan , but this figure is way better than the hot toys versions , especially the body/suit , headsculpt and flight pole
@ that’s the thing , I was never interested in the HT version , so the comparison is lost on me . I see custom ones looking far better . I wish the body was seamless , so the joints don’t look off through the thin suit and clamp it . And the headsculpt should have been rooted .
@@Ka_T_ya that's a 300 bucks figure. With a rooted hair and seamless body (that gonna deteriorate in a few years) that would cost 500 and up custom ones are like 600 min
@ I have lots of figures with phicen bodies and they don’t deteriorate unless you start smearing them with oils and nonsense or expose them to the elements . I’d much rather it was a proper figure for 500 than halfassed for 300 though . If it’s for the cheap representation I can just kitbash something that looks better than the HT and costs less than the InArt . That’s just me ofc , to each their own , but I have still not made a decision on this . I guess I’ll decide when I have to .
Thanks for the review ...I think I will stick to the product I know.. thank find out what's going to happen 5 to 6 years time with this product.! ...2 questions .why is he's wrist pegs silver? Why does he's abdomen look to long..almost deformed. And the zipper idea is terrible..
Wonderful review! Thank you! My personal opinion on the figure: Honestly, I expected a lot more!!! The price and InArt’s image demand much more than what this Superman figure offers. What I didn’t like: 1. Body choice! These joints are visible even through the suit and they look ugly and unnatural. I was expecting a Phicen-style seamless body with biomechanics resembling a real person. This body is a firm ,,NO" for me personally! 2. The head sculpt - that S-Curl = awful and hilarious. It can certainly be finely cut with a scalpel and I personally would do it immediately. 3. Lack of detail in the hair sculpt. 4. Kryptonite - Instead of cheap polished plastic why not a real polished glass or even a natural stone?!!! Naturally green stones in countries like Turkey and China are sold for literally €1. With minimal polishing the customer would get an accessory with a genuine look, not a piece of plastic! 5. The screen printing is not clean and your video is probably the best on UA-cam that shows this - 9:37 = really sloppy work 👎 6. 13:34 - Are you kidding me InArt??? WTF is that ⁉️ No comment 🤷♂️ 7. Extremely fragile suit. WHY? The best 1/6 Superman suit for me is By Art Trancedent Superman!!! Phenomenally tailored and incredibly durable - almost impossible to tear. On top of that the screen printing is really precise. 8. The flight system = absolutely no from me too. The idea is good, but the execution is poor. 9. The neck has absolutely no muscle definition and looks weird with the head of the angry Superman.
As for packaging I prefer foam over clamshell it's protected better. I don't understand this whole unboxing experience...save me money and and just ship it out protected. I discard the box anyway. Just my opinion. Thanks for the review.
great review. On the price, 2 head sculpts with moveable eyes, a wired cape, and the accessories make the price somewhat reasonable if around $400.
💯
Fantastic review, love your honesty and love you took the time to show it off in natural light - too many reviews are light-box only.
Thank you so much! Trying to do more outdoor reviews

I received both of my first ever rooted hair inart the Batman and rooted hair inart Bruce Wayne’s figures and there packaging is top tier.
Got this coming, great, honest review, thank you!
Thank you so much!
I agree, the more inart figures I get, the more hot toys really are starting to look like toys compared with inart.

I'm happy to have participated in the financing of this figure with my NRD (The Batman)
Kidding, great video as always!

Good thing I’m into anime figures as I wont be stressing over buying hyper realistic stuff 😅
Finally a honest review. Still excited for this figure but he definitely could be way better for that price.

I agree
inart cavill headsculpts are way better than hot toys , i sold my hot toys versions to get this , and is miles better in everyting ,
are the headsculpts usable on Hot toys black suit Sups?
The black suit is the same as the justice league version and the sculpt does somewhat fit as I showcased in my review
The S curl was Justins Collection idea
Oh boy can’t believe they listened to him

The figure is I think the best Cavill Supes ever released but man..that wrist peg problem and flight pose suit creasing is disconcerting.
I ate the NRD on this and canceled. The price didn't justify for me what we're getting here in the end. It's funny what a difference a year makes. 😂
