I don't think I've seen any creator get away with procrastonating as much as Kouta Hirano. Apparently the guy does have health issues, but its literally been a trend for the guy to have an inconsistent and slow relase schedule since 1997 Worse is that he has stated that he actually would like to *finish* Hellsing: The Dawn (likely to flesh out Walter, The Major and The Captain's characters) but that he doesn't have the time for it. Which is honestly really weird and makes me curious what's going on behind the scenes.

It seems oddly fitting. Like it 100% could be the same continuity. If the uploader was TFS, I don't think anyone would bat an eye other than some of the audio/voiced line quality is a little rough/hard to hear.
