    Watching this, I'm actually glad I got the champion for the carrot-apple and the omega for the greens. This may get more juice, but the cleanup on the other two is easy and the process faster. It is an engineering marvel though.

    With the classical music and the hum of the Pure Juicer, this video is extremely therapeutic. Two questions though: 1. Why not grind and press the lemons to get the nutrients in the pith and skin? 2. How much oxidation occurs with the higher rpm of this juicer? I've seen some comparison videos on youtube and while the yield in many cases was higher, the color of the juices weren't as Bright, appealing to the eye; oxidation was a possible cause? Thanks!

      Herr, it turns out citrus press' fully out w/o grinding. Plus it's so nice and quick as press only. The video you reference the operator chose the wrong cutter. When you do celery with the straight cutter you get a nice dark juice.

    At first blush, my thoughts where: (1) This amazing and beautiful juicer is expensive and (2) this juicing process takes too much time. And yet, I want one. I must gift this to myself in Spring 2022. I've adopted a plant-based lifestyle (no refined sugar) since August 2021. There is nothing that is too good for me (smile). I deserve this machine and it's worth every penny given the juice yield presented here. I previously owned a Breville Big Squeeze, another beautiful juicer. However, I returned within a week because there was much too much juice in the discarded pulp. It was wasteful. Secondly, when I was on an animal protein diet, I spent about as much time prepping it for me and my son, 3 meals a day. Yes, the technology is pricey. And yes, the PURE Juicer promises and delivers the juice! ~Bravo

      We think you will be pleasantly surprised by how fast the bulk juicing process is, and what is hardest to covey in videos, the juice is better tasting, by far.

    Planning on getting one of these... i noticed in the video though that it looked you stacked the lemons a bit too high. When you pressed the 4th one a lot of juice flowed out the back and onto your counter.

    • @Purejuicer
      @Purejuicer  3 роки тому +1

      pressing can be an art - always safest to stack less. But sometimes we cant help ourselves because it looks so cool.

    Why is the juice going in the cupcake trays. Are they going to be frozen for later use or do they get served to a group in them. I just ordered my juicer. I had previously been using the Kuving Whole slow juicer which works well but I want more juice yields.

    • @Purejuicer
      @Purejuicer  4 роки тому +2

      Welcome to PURE!! You are correct - we put the juice into the cupcake trays to freeze and have later. We drink them straight but also like adding them to hot water & lemon and even other juices. You should be quite happy with the yield. We would love to see you press the pulp from your Kuvings to see just how much more you get!

    Ok, so here is my question: when do you use the cloth lining? You used it for the lemons and not the ginger, is there a reason?

    • @brigittebrown7571
      @brigittebrown7571 3 роки тому

      Hi. I saw him grating both the ginger and turmeric through the Pure Juicer then he scooped them from the bowl and wrapped them in the paper and put them in the presser. That's why the liquid was a golden yellow from the turmeric. Hope that helps. Cheers.

    • @Purejuicer
      @Purejuicer  3 роки тому +1

      Yes there is, we use a liner when the produce adheres to the press cloth making cleanup slower. Citrus adheres to the press cloth, ginger does not.

    So looking forward to ours arriving. Ordered yesterday from Yorkshire in the UK! Recommended via Gerson and other raw food advocates. Just one question about this video, is it fine to be pressing citrus with the skin on? Just that I’ve noticed David peeling oranges before juicing in other videos using an auto peeler.

    • @Purejuicer
      @Purejuicer  3 роки тому +1

      If you’re juicing for Gerson, the skin should be removed because that aromatic oils in the skin are not consumed in the therapy. If you’re juicing for flavor I like to leave the skin on approximately 25% of the fruit. I find that even though the aromatic oils are a little bitter they add a tremendous amount of flavor so for me I like to do a percentage skin off and skin on.

    • @DunamisStorm
      @DunamisStorm 3 роки тому

      @@Purejuicer Thank you for the speedy reply, very much appreciated. While the aim isn't to go full "therapy" at this time, aromatics seem to be something I am adverse to. I have slowly as I've got older become increasingly allergic to kiwi and pineapple which is a pity, but the last half kiwi I ate gave me a swollen esophagus. So your advice is very helpful, thank you.

    Just curious, but won't the turmeric eventually end up staining the top surface of the press & the stainless steel tray where the bag rests? I've got a Breville Fountain Plus (centrifugal force) juicer, and the components where the juice runs is made out of plastic, and yes....it stained everything.

    • @Purejuicer
      @Purejuicer  3 роки тому +3

      We do find that bleach makes all the difference for countertops. For the cutter, we soak it in oxiclean and it clears up. And for the juicer, it does not seem to stain like plastic would. We hope this helps.

    You also ship the pure juicer to germany? I guess the US Power Plug is different than the European. So I guess I will need an adapter. My other Question is for how long does this tumeric ginger juice is still fresh without freezing it?

    • @Purejuicer
      @Purejuicer  3 роки тому +1

      Yes, we ship 230V to Germany with the correct power cord. Lemon, Ginger, Tumeric Juice Shots should stay fresh for 3-4 days. But, I would recommend freezing the juice as ice-cube shots. Independent testing shows 90-95% enzyme retention after 30 days.

      I'm a little confused by your comment, in 30 minutes we juiced 48oz of a unique custom made juice that's not sold anywhere. At PURE we just want you to drink more juice what machine you use is entirely put to you. If you use a PURE you will get the highest yields of any juicer. If the juice appeals to you make it. If the cost is too much, the best juicer is the juicer you use. Peace and Love.

      David, Here are a few ways to think about this. 1. Is there any other way to get this quality and quantity of juice? Surely, someday the state of the art will move past this but for now, this is the best and only way to make this type of juice. 2. Meal preparation takes time, how is this any different?
