My friend this plastic film is very important for every car because it protects the internal parts of the door from dust, moisture and also partially provides security. It's called "Front Door Service Hole Cover". Apply BUTYL TAPE to the front door panel to seal it

How much toque do these screw need to fixate the side mirrors?
INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY WITH COVER
(a) Engage the claw, and temporarily install the outer rear view mirror assembly with cover.
(b) Install the 3 bolts.
Torque: 9.0 N·m (92 kgf·cm, 80in·lbf)
(c) Engage the clamp and connect the connector.

Yes unfortunately 😮😮😮 you have to remove all these parts of the car to replace the mirror because the mirror connector is inside the door panel
