Whether it's neutralize or destroy, anything attached just becomes neutral again and back to the middle. In the case of destroyed, only the targeted group is truly eliminated.
I plan on buying the "factory set" 450 cards. I watched an unboxing and it looks like it had no currency in it. What did the "megabucks" come in? Or do players just print their own?
In my copy the megabucks came with it. They're really flimsy cardboard, but were included still. It is important to have something similar to the original regardless, as money is meant to be kept secret.
@@DannyCGamingFandomandScience well I bought the 450 card factory set from the 90s and none of the cards have an "income" value written on them... too bad because i like the idea of pumping up defense or attacks with money. The ones you saw were most likely from the old Illuminati collectible card game. It may also be the new edition of the Illuminati game (this same one) which was released not too long ago. Without seeing the cards, I couldn't say for sure.
Your best bet would be eBay at this point. I don't know how different the second edition is, which was released not too long ago. The 1994 one has been out of print for a LONG time. This version isn't too expensive, only about $50, but the New World Order version (the collectible card game) had cheap base sets but the expansion cards are REALLY pricy.
Can you take money from your illuminati card and place it on any card no matter how far away? Or does it have to be from a card adjacent? Great video bro thumbs up!
It has to be adjacent money moves. I think there's a group card that allows you to move money farther (don't remember which, if any). Regardless, you can spend money from the Illuminati group during attack and defense, no matter where said attack is originating from.
I want to say thank you for this video. I think its the only one one the internet with english language. I have some question, my english is not very good i hope the questions are understandable. 1. In my rulebook its says the 4th main action is Transfering a group to ANOTHER player. To discard a group is a free action. 2. for attack to controll: the money to support the attack of the group comes from the attacking group itself OR illuminati or is both of group and Illuminati allowed? 3. i call an attack and the other players pay money from their illuminati card and after they spent the money, i cancel the attack. Do the other players get the money back? 4 free money move after attack: can i spend money on a conquered group that is not NEXT to illuminati card? 5. in 40:20 you do 2 regular actions 2 ATTACKS. One with group, one with illuminati. So one can do 2 attacks in their regular action phase? Is it possible to attack with two groups?
You're very welcome! Glad you found it helpful! I'll see if I can answer your questions here: You're correct that you can transfer to another player. You can spend money from attacking group and Illuminati group. I believe the funds from the attacker count double, though that may just be for defense. No, the money move has to be between adjacent cards. Yes, but you cannot attack with the same group twice. Hope that helps!
in the money transfer phase the player can move money of two groups. So when i choose to use my two main actions to transfer money, in total with the "money transfer"-phase i can do 4 Money transfer (2 main actions + "moneytransferphase of two groups") ?
and another question: if its allowed to use the 2 main actions for attacking, it it allowed to attack TWICE in the first turn? like conquering a group, doing the free money move after and then attack with the conquered group? and i have to say that the manual is pure SHIT.
Your two actions can be two money moves, yes. Including the regular money transfer phase, that means you can do a total of 4 money moves as your turn. You are allowed to attack with a newly conquered group, yes. The rule there is there needs to be an "exit" arrow present and a single group can only attack once per turn (except the UFO main group). The manual is indeed not great :P

how can I translate it into another language ? because it speaks very fast and can not understand his other videos have subtitles and because it does not?
Danny C - Gaming, Fandom, and Science Thank you for responce Actually I have a lot of questions Let's start with those q 1- if I want to spend money to prevent the attacker from contolling one of the uncontrolled group , how many times can I spend money per turn ? Ist unlimited ? 2- can I destroy a group of other players directly or. Should I neutralize It first then destroy it ?
Money can always be spent by anyone as many times as they like. No limit within the time limit people agree on, such as counting down or something. You can destroy or neutralize the group, up to you. Neutralizing is much easier, but it'll take two separate actions - one to neutralize and one to destroy. And your opponents could try to stop you both times.
Danny C - Gaming, Fandom, and Science Thank you very much You are planning to perform an attack on a group, the targeted group resistance is 4. the attacking group power is 7. (both Groupshas the same categories, lets assume that they are both Libral Cards) Now the attacking group is next to an illuminati card that has transferable power with the value of 10. Q1- Can I transfer power to the attacking group to make the total power of the Attack 17? Q2 - since both Groups are from the same category I can add 4 MP to the attack value, does that make the attack value reach 21? Q3- now to know the dice number that I should play to get, I subtract the attack value from the resistance value, which means 21 - 4 = 17 Does that mean that my dice value should be 10 and below, or it can reach 12 in this case? Q4- Does the above Apply for the attack to destroy as well? Q5- can we play in teams against each other, or its not recommend? Q6- while defending my groups if the card is attached to the illuminati card, can I add +10 to it resistance? Q7- how many actions in total a player has per turn (both regular actions and free actions).
Illuminati (or other transferable power) can always be used, no matter where they're located in the tree, but only once per turn. Groups depend on what you're doing with the attack - to control adds to attack if they're the same, destroy adds to attack if the groups are different. In your case, yes it would add assuming you're trying to control. If the group is far away from the Illuminati group, then yes, the final value would be 17. Success is maximum 10 or less, so you cannot reach 11 or 12. Extra attack or defense just makes it more expensive for others to stop you. Destroy is done by power vs. power rather than power vs. resistance, as well as the difference with alignments. You could technically play with teams, but the game is not meant for it and probably not a good idea. Cards adjacent to Illuminati have +10 resistance, 1 away is +5, 2 away is +2, 3 or more away is no bonus. 2 regular actions and technically unlimited free actions, but free actions can only do certain things.
This is the Deluxe edition. It's a re-release, re-coloring of the first edition. It's kind of version 1.5. The official second edition was only released around 2018. Glad you enjoyed the video!
Great Tutorial Danny I just bought it, the rules made no sense but that makes it a bit easier. I don't think there's a short way to do a gameplay of illuminati 😂. Thanks bud
If you mean the instructions, you can just take a look here! If you mean how to get it, it depends where you are and if it's available. It may be easier to try and get the second edition since that was recently released.
I think any player can attack once with the illuminating card and again with another group. The UFOs card can attack twice, even two transferable power attacks.
I really dony get the humir in this when this is actually how things are happening. I dont get it I dont want to get it if you knew the truth this game would disgist you. Just saying.
Certainly possible, and considering the craziness that was 2020, there's obviously a lot of theories out there. I personally find them to be too farfetched based on evidence I can access, but that's just me.
Sorry, but no; I'm only familiar with smaller review videos and brief demos like mine here. There may be folks who have live=streamed playthroughs before, but I'm not immediately aware of any.
I see you sleeved your cards with plastic. I have the pocket editions -- all of them, so about 180 cards or so. My friend was begging me to preserve them by getting them laminated. Haven't done it. But all this talk about this great game that I haven't played for almost 15 years is making me want to dust it off.
Honestly, the more I look at my games and sleeving, the more I regret doing it. The cards are tough to shuffle and the sleeves hurt gameplay more than they help with preservation. If anything, I'd say you should use Magic sleeves or the like; they're made better for shuffling and general use. Lamination I wouldn't recommend, either; it's pretty expensive and you'll probably have the same issues as being sleeved. If you want to, though, then by all means! Regardless, amazing games!
Hmmmm....I care less about the expense than the preservation. I'll take a look at them this weekend to see if there has been any deterioration (even without use).

2 regular actions and technically unlimited free actions, but free actions can only do certain things.
what edition is that? I have the first version. thanks for your video!!!
This is the Deluxe edition. It's a re-release, re-coloring of the first edition. It's kind of version 1.5. The official second edition was only released around 2018. Glad you enjoyed the video!
@@DannyCGamingFandomandScience thanks id never sel mine new illustrations look good
@@frankie5671 Agreed. I love the older illustrations in the game. Both the first and revised ones.
Thank you. Clarified some key points.
Glad it was helpful, and you're very welcome!
thank you! it was no too long and ver y informative! Thank you again
good review, but the production quality is rather low when you consider you are basically paying for a print to play game. Mass fun though.
Great Tutorial Danny I just bought it, the rules made no sense but that makes it a bit easier. I don't think there's a short way to do a gameplay of illuminati 😂. Thanks bud
You're very welcome! Glad you enjoyed the vid!
Any good? Thinking of buying
How can play it
If you mean the instructions, you can just take a look here! If you mean how to get it, it depends where you are and if it's available. It may be easier to try and get the second edition since that was recently released.
Cards = İlluminati's Future Plans!!!
At this point with how the world is, kinda wouldn't surprise me.
What? Permuda attack 2 times in 1 turn? I understand UFO is only illuminate who can attack 2 times in turn.
I think the rule is u can attack with two different groups
I think any player can attack once with the illuminating card and again with another group. The UFOs card can attack twice, even two transferable power attacks.
Thank you for your time i love it and i will try it and start playing to enjoy it thank you man you are awesome!
Thanks very much! Hope that it'll help you get through the game - I know it's not easy by any means.
thanks man, very thorough and informative
I just bought this game and the instructions really confusing.
They really are. I think the second edition is more well-written, but that's a big part of why I wanted to make this video, and hope it helped.
+Danny C where can I buy it/get it?
Also can we sed you play it with someone?
+Fox DaGamer OH
let the chaos begin
And probably end in the same place :D
"Yuppies" aren't hipsters, they're affluent suburbanites. The closest thing in today's slang would probably be "Chads" and "Trixies."
Fair point, thanks for sharing the clarification.
Is this the deluxe edition?
Rajeev did 7/11
I really dony get the humir in this when this is actually how things are happening. I dont get it I dont want to get it if you knew the truth this game would disgist you. Just saying.
Certainly possible, and considering the craziness that was 2020, there's obviously a lot of theories out there. I personally find them to be too farfetched based on evidence I can access, but that's just me.
@@DannyCGamingFandomandScience trump card/ do you own the card "enough is enough"?
@@kylewilliams1141 I do not, no. Those are cards that are in Illuminati: New World Order. It's a different game.
it isnt a game, its reality covered into a game
It certainly feels that way sometimes, especially now.
@@DannyCGamingFandomandScience I'm starting to think you work for these people.
@@reesy2288 Oh I wish. I'd probably have enough money to not need to work multiple jobs just to afford minimal food and shelter.

This card game is cool but I wouldn't have it at my house 🤣
Haha I can understand that :P
do you know of any full play through's on video anywhere?
Sorry, but no; I'm only familiar with smaller review videos and brief demos like mine here. There may be folks who have live=streamed playthroughs before, but I'm not immediately aware of any.
I've won most with the Network
The Network is by far my personal fave. It was the first one that I played as and I've won a few times with it, as well.
Understandable. There shouldn't be any issues if they've been kept in decent storage - humidity is pretty rough on games/cardboard especially.
"Rothschild" I love Playing this Game its So Fun =P......
Agreed - it's an awesomely fun time.
Loved the video and the game. Unfortunately most people today have the IQ of a clam and the attention span of a chiwawa. They'll last 2 minutes playing tops..
It is true that lighter games are certainly becoming more popular, but I'm always on the lookout to have/play something a little meatier like this. Been a good while, unfortunately, but still.
Insane Clown Posse came out with a new one. it's called into the echo side I haven't played it check it out
no shit....
Lol great video I understood everything once I play it I will understand it even deeper
no need to be a fan just a PLAYER..MMFCL WHOOP WHOOP
oh god i have wanted this flippin' game for so long!
#haventgotityet #sadlife #nomoney
Hahaha I know what you mean. Thankfully they did an updated edition for this not too long ago, so you should be able to get it now at a a MUCH better price.
I want to try!!
You should! It takes some effort to really get into the first time or two, but well worth it.
Danny C - GFS yeah seems like it. Just placed a special order at the board game store in town here. Stoked! I’ll be using this video as a reference to learn more. Thanks bro!!
Awesome! If you get the second edition instead, please let me know how it is! I honestly don't know much about the changes/updates they made. Regardless, if you have any questions I'm happy to help!
INSIDE JOBBBBBBBBBBB
Which part? The game? Me? Either way, I don't think there's insiders involved
Danny C - GFS referring to twin towers. Wtf bruh?
Ahhh of course. I figured, but there's zero reference to the WTC in the game, so I wasn't sure.
Thanks
+Danny C could you help me mate , been googling all the illuminati card list and there is a lot of cards that are the same as the ones in my delux box say for instance the boy sprout but it has specials on that card and mine don't, why is that? Also if I get y2k fire drill and mutual destruction can I use all these cards with my delux and if yes does that mean you need the delux to play all of them , sorry for all the question buddy but why is the NWO set so expensive , cheers.
+Danny C thanks for your help it's good, can fire drill be played with mutual and y2k also?
I'd did not realise NWO was a different game but why is it so expensive, is it a good game?
+Danny C thanks for your help fellow earthling👍🏼👌🏼
+Danny C I am a human but not a person as that is a legal fiction of which is my birth certificate, but that's another story 👍🏼
Thank you
You're welcome!
Here in 2020 someones cheating here
Hahaha right? Some kind of game is being played incorrectly somewhere.
do Quest for Shangri La. PSYCHOPATHIC RECORDS..INSANE CLOWN POSSE
All these conspiracy theorists talking about this game 😂.
Right? I guess I should've expected it, but honestly had no idea it'd happen. Crazy stuff.
They totally make the game fit their view and they have no problem hiding details from their viewers. Ie the tear it was made ( I heard many give the wrong date ), new editions are made and many of the conspiracy theories today were talked about back than .
Doesn't surprise me. That's one of the biggest aspects of conspiracy theories. Weird stuff.
@@DannyCGamingFandomandScience what its weird ?that they use misconstrued facts and bias to try to look smart.
Yes, and anyone with half a brain can see the truth, or at least confirm with other sources. Weird that they survive so much in the information age.
So essentially you need not have a life or girlfriend or anything at all else to do in life… to enjoy this game?
I don't think so. It's no more complex than a lot of other games out there, and is always fun to play regardless.
Do you think you'll enjoy hell??
I don't know, but it can't be much worse than this quarantine has been.
@@DannyCGamingFandomandScience Hell is far worse.
But it is a hell for sure.
fair enough.
Our government is following these plans.
At this point, literally nothing would surprise me
Helllo??
Hi!
Who’s here from TikTok but isn’t going to watch the whole thing..... At least on normal speed
Well go me being sort of TikTok famous by proxy. That's exciting! Definitely don't bother at normal speed if you're not interested in the game, though.
The conspiracy theories are better. This game looks boring AF
It's definitely not for everyone. Some people love it, others loathe. Pretty common to have such indecisiveness on a game like this.
