her voice/accent is like that because shes from southern us. dont they all have that 'country' accent?? that was a good interview. at the age of 15 she was very mature and gave a lot of good advice and she still is now at the age of 17. to all of the 'miley haters' out there get a life and quit being so narrow minded.
