I was even close to self harming on numerous occasions. That's how bad it was the only time they did something was when decided to fight back and get into fights and they always got away with it and I got the blame.
They have hundreds of kids to care of and are often overworked and under-appreciated - I think its unfair to say they don’t care when most do their best especially given the hoops they have to jump through to help in any meaningful way
