It’s funny how many hobbies we both share. Watch collecting is another hobby of mine. The difference is, my wife will only let me do one or the other. That being collecting HB warhammer. Figures.
The same with me. This new hobby of mine, collecting (any) Casio watches began around September 2023. Originally, I wanted to buy myself a watch due to me tired of taking out my phone from my travelling bag to look at the time. The first watch I bought was a cheap digital watch from Exponi, a somewhat generic small brand that people barely talk about, just like any generic small-time brands or no-name brands. The quality of these watches very mixed, from decent to not working properly.I only have two, and one is not working properly (it was a sort of anidigi watch where the analog is not working properly, even after bringing it to repair). It was only on the next day after I sent my second watch for repairs where I come across a small watch shop inside a mall, selling Casio watches. My first Casio digital watch that I bought was the B650W, it was more expensive than an Exponi watch, but I took the risk and bought a Casio. It was at that moment I started falling in love with the Casio brand.
It’s another beautiful watch, but after seeing so many variations it’s clear Casio are taking advantage of collectors on these metal squares. This one has the extra detail in the milled clasp, & most of these metal squares are basically the same watch with a different bezel and back case, with a premium of £400-£3000 plus added.
The blue seems seperate. I do like how the shock absorbing piece under the bezel is blue as well. I do wish the gold inside the clasp was on the outside, or pattern at least. Instead of being hidden away. I received one last week.
I agree, they should of at least of had some of the gold showing on the outside of the bracelet possibly a two tone having the gold in the middle of the bracelet.
Curious if you think this watch is worth $1100 USD, seems to be the ebay going rate. So upset I missed it when it showed up on the USA site. I own a steel B5000 and was thinking this would make a nice addition. Trying to talk myself out of the satin titanium MRG-B5000

Lovely watch. Thanks for the video. I really like the logo on the back that is like the Casio HQ building seen from above.
Thanks for the review 🙏

how many pieces made?
I wanted to buy that G-Shock, but it is so expensive. Also, being completely metal, can be quite heavy on the wrist.
Titanium or stainless steel?
I like it tbh
*me waking up* : It's already sunday?!
What's the case size please.
