The "affair" thing really got to me. Appearing to have power over someone then just coming out with that is nothing but cruel. What did she do to deserve that? He got angry at Derren and lashed out at the woman opposite. Disgusting.

It was a shot in the dark. You can see he was hoping REALLY hard the relationship broke down because one of them cheated, so he could awe them with his psychic knowledge but he didn't have anything more than that one jab so he just aborted like nothing happened.
He was desperate to not seem like a quack and took the risk of seeming like petty, cold-hearted fraud.

as much as i totally agree with you here, and i have no belief in spirits on the afterlife - i know for a fact that many people simply want to hear these things because, as derren says, it gives them comfort and in some cases closure - which although it happens under the guise of deceit, can really help some people move forward and heal themselves psychologically - nothing to do with spirits - just someone holding out a hand and giving another person support - like the church, if you look at it from another point of view.

My brother passed and I know for sure, if he could reach me through a psychic, he wouldn't be saying stuff about the number of people in our family or the name of a random aunt we only met twice or someone's sore knee. He would be saying stuff like, "you're not gonna believe it, what a trip!" and then go on to tell me stuff about what he's going through. If we had one chance to communicate, neither of us would want to waste it on wondering who in the family didn't get a promotion they were hoping for.

I can tell you so you maybe change your view about psychics .
I have a friend who is a really good Psychic .
She predicted something about me that absolutely nobody knew even I never wanted or knew anything and she argued with me what will happen with my life.
Guess what the path that I wanted to take failed step after step and I end up with only one choice and that choice let me go where she exactly predicted.and this is only one prediction.
Not only that but sometimes it was embarrassing because she would tell me stuff that I kept secret from anybody intimate things and she would directly ask me about that.
So I talked to her and asked her how do you do it.
      And she says
Some people have the gift to see but the problem with many is they cannot decipher the information.
So this guy Joe could see random information and does not understand it correctly.
So he will throw numbers persons stuff that come clear to him.
He cannot understand the information and the things that he sees .
That is the difference between good Psychic and bad.
She said there are ones that see everything like a good story and some that see just small parts.
Even she said I see something but I don't understand it it does not mean anything to me .
So she just throws some words and says if it makes any sense to you it is ok I am telling you what I see but don't get it.
So that is the difference .
But cold reading Ang all that bs I know there are such people but I don't trust such people.
To me a good Psychic hits stuff that only know .
Example I was living 320 km away and went home she saw me and she said
What is happening with the black hear girl ? You are in deep love aren't you going to tell her.
      I see the passion .
How would she know when I was away 320 km and I met a girl and went with her a few night and was thinking to become dating her but did nothing.
She described the girl like it was before her eyes with all the details ?
      Who can do this.
Plus I went to talk to her about a completely different thing.
And she started immediately about that girl.
And have many more examples even predictions of the birth of my boys.

    • @TheKim369
      @TheKim369 7 місяців тому +15

@@EPICSOUNDTRAX So curious, does she say the dead are talking to her? What is the source of her hunches? Is she a mind reader?
I was a pretty girl and started to develop early. We saw a gypsy with a crystal ball at a fair, she predicted many friends and many boyfriends in upcoming years, did she need a crystal ball to see that?
I studied a lot of psychology to become a social worker. Often when I meet young people I can guess where they're headed and I;m correct. I can also meet older people and know things about their past. It's not mind reading or anything psychic, it's intuition.
But also you said she asked you about things. If I ask have you met anyone and you blush, I'll conclude you're smitten. Again, intuition and a bit of understanding body language.
Look, there was a million dollar prize on offer for years for anyone who could prove psychic ability. No one ever succeeded. 1964 till 2015.
I think your friend has good intuition and if that's helpful for you, that's great.
The prize was offered by a man named James Randi, he was a magician who later began exposing frauds, there are videos about him on youtube if you're interested.

      @@TheKim369 example
We were about to get married and she said
Yes I see that you are going to get married and the witness will be a young guy your age.
Well we already had a friend whiteness that is a girl .
Then she said no no it will be a guy whiteness I don't see a girl.
Guess what at the wedding day our girl cancels at the last minute so we basically pulled out phones and the only one who answered out phones was Matt and we went with him.
So no it is not mind reading and I never gave her more information leading to her saying thing.
      Another example
I had my plans 100% for Europe and I was 100% sure I will go to colleges in Europe
And she said without me saying anything.ahe said
Pack your stuff for USA I will miss you.
I said what USA I don't even plant to go there and she said no everything that you plan now will not happen I see america.
Same thing everything that I had for Europe went down the toilet .the last resort was USA plus she said without me telling her she said it is a girl that is inviting you and started smiling and said she will be.......and then nothing.
Guess what my girlfriend refused to marry me and the girl that invited me is already 20 years my wife.
I don't think she reads minds.
Talking to the dead.i don't think so
I don't think she does that
But for sure she can predict the future.

People book readings from psychics because they believe in them, so most of the work is done before they even open their mouth.
As soon as someone that doesnt believe in it gets a reading things start to fall apart as this programme shows.

The majority of lower and middle class UK families ate that in the 20th century, right up to the 70's and 80's, as it was nutritious and cheap. regardless. If you actually open your mind to the possibility of it, Then playing devils advocate what is the purpose? Also the 'afterlife' whatever that may be is always repoted to be a place without human emotions so ofcourse the loved ones would always say they are fine and reasure their loved ones because they are fine and they care about them. The specific proof for that person is relevant because the spirit is not trying to prove its that womans mum for your sake... They are doing it for the daughter who is getting te readings sake so IF psychics are real then it would look how it does appear from the more convincing ones. Craig and Jane Hamilton Parker are seen as the best psychics in the world right now and 100% genuine in their abilities and they have a UA-cam channel and i would recomend watching Craig as he makes big predictions that often time come true and we can discredit psychics due to the huge number of fakes out there but scientifically it is truely ignorant to say its not possible when the FBI have documents that are accesable to the public through their freedom of information requests a paper about Remote Viewing and a man went to the CIA in order to teach remote viewing with the intention of helping blind people see but the CIA tried to weaponise it. This man did prove in this FOI request you can see they acknowledge the findings of his results as true and it worked he managed to make a 100% blind person drive a car blindfolded using ESP. There has recently been a study showing we have found thehuman bodies cells vibrate at a resonant frequency. Psychics for centuries have been claiming they pick up different vibrations and thats a source of their ability and now we have proven with science that humans do vibrate on a cellular level. As time goes we will prove more and more with science. We already believe in the holographic principle and higher spacial dimensions so how ignorant do you have to be to discount it completely because we dont fully understand it. Im not talking about the Uri Gellers of the world im talking about the Psychics that before you walk in they did their circle they made contact with your loved one before you goto the meeting and when you go they literally have a piece of paper and read off all the things that were said a message and a future path they see for you. You cant just goto a psychic on the day and them contact a loved one tats not how it works. The psychic over many years has to perform a circle every week the exact same time without fail and over time it allows a bridge for spirits to communicate by the consistency of the circles and thats what allows a connection to be made. Jane Parker wont see you unless someonoe comes through for you in her weekly circle and alot of people are rejected if no one comes through for them so not being interested enough to try and understand how its supposed to work if it is real is the reason you will remain close minded. You cant make your mind up on everything in life based on what others tell you. sometimes you have to actually do the reasearch yourself. Notice how i phrase all of this. Im not saying Psychics are real im sayin IF they are this is my understanding of it based on the reasearch ive done but if you believe in Aliens. Whats to say Aliens are not from a higher spacial dimension and they cumminicate through vibrational energy by either increasing or descreasing their frequency to show something in our dimension just like a 3D sphere is a circle in 2D or your shadow is a 2D representation of you in the 2D but thats just the information that can go through lower spacial dimensions. The more you understand about physics and Quantum theories it actually is that science is leading towards proving the existence of ESP and proving that higher dimensional beings or objects are being projected into our 3D universe. Just like we project our 3D selves onto a 2D surface with our shadow. That is literally our information incoded on a 2D plane. So i hope if you read this it explains what im saying in a way you wont of heard it before.@@dionst.michael1482

That was interesting that when Darren told the woman he is in no way psychic yet later she convinced herself that Darren was infact psychic, then Joe tried to get a hit with the affair, he knows with young attractive people often have affairs so he took a chance and missed. This entire program showed us that people want to believe and they connect the dots for themselves. People want to believe so badly that they do most of the work themselves. It is very easy to con people that are so eager to be conned.

Being only eight I didn’t know what had happened. We were in the house alone together,so for the next couple of hours I sat on the floor with her stroking her hair and saying “ ma wake up “ eventually me grannie came home, suddenly I was whisked away still not knowing what happened.
Since then (14 years ago) me grannie has spent a fortune on these revolting people, she’s trying to make contact with me Ma. The heartbreak she went through and is going through’ just refreshes her pain when she sees psychics and it hasn’t allowed her to mourn properly or to move (if you can from such a thing) on? these charlatans are deeply hurting people and robbing their wallets as they do so!🤬

I've seen many mediums. Some I've believed cold read, some have picked up a few items and others have been so accurate that it's scary! Two mediums at opposite ends of the spectrum come to mind. One was fishing for information ( that I didn't give her ) and eventually said " I don't think spirit wants to speak with you". I knew she was fake but knew others who hung on to her every word. The other was a lady who told me something only I would know. Not something that anyone, including my family knew. She then said three other things that only I would know. This woman didn't know me and didn't know any of my friends. I never let my facial expressions give me away and sometimes 'smile in recognition ' when something is wrong to see how far the medium would go. This lady who did know things was incredible though.

I oncedeide to go buy a tlf nr thingy card, just to ise for my art. I asked my firlfriend, if she wanted to come along. We biked 15 km, went into a store, asked for a card- were given a bunch of "10 dollar" ones. Asked if they had cheaper. They had some "3 dollar" ones. Ilooked at the nymbers to find an easy to remember one - none.. So I took the one on the top. When back home I noticed, that the 8 numbers were the of the 10 numbers of my social security number - in the correct order.. Only my year of birth was missing.. Never activated it - but if I had come one buyer earlier or later, I had ended up with some random number... Straaange.. Should have proposed to her instead that day... :/

It is galling that Joe and the "see using your jap's eye" fella make a living doing what they do. But the reason they get away with it is very, very simple. There is an abundance of gullible people in this world with more money than sense who desperately want to believe in something despite there being absolute evidence that it's a sham. People who visit psychics (except for simple entertainment) really need to see trained counsellors instead. It's more understandable that people with disabilities (like blindness) or health problems cling to any little hope that comes their way.
I also think it's a bit concerning that the "see through your genitals" guy decided that blind people (including those born with no eyes) can see through their genitals, because it allows his interactions with vulnerable people to focus on their intimate areas. If there was such a grotesque thing as a text book on "How to Sexually Abuse Vulnerable People", I can't help but think this "method" would be in chapter 1.

I don’t see him anymore but my best mate growing up was so proud of his ability to blag people and I spent more time around him just watching him (avoid accountability 😂) just come out with any old crap, it was pathological because I would watch him struggle with his memory and literally give up and make something up. I’d seen so much that I was the only person aware of him.
For example, such was his insecurity that not a bad word could be said of him or his family, there would be five of us stood in a group watching his brother embarrass himself and we would make not so positive observational remarks, and my mate would almost wipe the memory, tell us we misunderstood and then spin a narrative more favourable to his brother and people who were witnesses would believe what was said over what they had seen. (Not me of course).
I think people have a natural instinct to seek out the easiest and we have basic wants and needs.
We don’t challenge the easiest and we accept our wants.
I’ve learned through years of observation that our defence to manipulation is developed, we don’t have it, it’s built up which requires seeking out negatives where we could just accept without effort the positive.
I think that manipulating is actually very straightforward and easy because we haven’t developed or evolved (yet, possibly) any natural defence, I personally think people who are cold enough and are determined enough will succeed in their conmanship, it’s disgusting but it’s easy!!
It’s not so much talent but an ability to not feel and not care whilst taking a path people don’t see or expect, and we can’t relive the moment so doubt is the seed so easy to grow.
Be aware of how closely he watches people, his eyes never leave the person, he doesn’t take them off you, he’s just reading body language, get the “Faking It” 3 to pick him apart.
He’s not psychic but he is a decent fraudster!!

      @LordXander97 8 місяців тому +9

I recently a read an interesting book on psychology. I used to believe anyone who resorted to anger after being confronted aren't always guilty. Sometimes they can be angry and insulted about being accused of something they didn't do. I once thought my ex was cheating, confronted her, she went ballistic and was angry. Later found proof she was innocent as her friend had video proof she was at her house instead of at another blokes house.
Since reading that book and reflecting on that situation I no longer assume people are guilty when they show anger, I just assume they are angry at being accused of something they didn't do. The real way to analyse if they are lying is listening and analysing their body language. Fidgeting, unable to make eye contact, stuttering and giving too much information in their responses.

Joe is using what body language experts call “romancing”.
Some liars believe that staring into somebody’s eyes without blinking or looking away, is some kind of sign of honesty.
In reality, when somebody stares into your eyes, it’s a well known characteristic of dishonestly.

    • @adamjacksonmedia
      @adamjacksonmedia 8 місяців тому

@liamcollinson5695 This is fairly common knowledge. You can Google "Liars locking eyes."
Joe is obviously lying, and he is also locking eyes.
Which some interrogation expert calls "Romancer."
There's 2 reasons liars lock eyes.
Firstly... as you said... people traditionally believe that maintaining eye contact is a sign of honesty.
So liars will deliberately lock eye contact to try and convince you they're being honest.
A liar wants you to think, "Ohhh... they can't be lying because they're staring into my eyes. "
The second reason is so they can monitor your reactions.
Liars want to make sure you accept everything they tell you, and they closely watch you to watch for your reactions.
These are very commonly known interrogation tactics.
