Close on the Mirrors section, but at 4:17 you play C-E-flat when it should be C-E natural and at 4:37 you play a B-flat that should be a B-natural. What's happening is it's following a blues pattern, but the runs on the subdominant (IV) are using some notes from a C major scale rather than C minor or G minor.
How would this look in a tab format? I've been losing my mind trying to figure out that part and it seems like everyone online plays it a bit differently
@@CuZtuga I haven't seen tabs for the part and I tend to use standard notation. But the best way to verify the accuracy of what you're playing is to use a UA-cam video of the original recording but turn the speed down to .5 or .25 speed, which you can do for most videos. In the old vinyl days we would set our turntables at 16.5rpm rather than 33 but the pitch would be an octave lower.
Lost as in it's not easy to follow without a backing track? If that's it check the link on the description. I uploaded it originally, but it youtube took it down. Anyway, thanks!!
Hey, this was played on a Fender Mustang III with the amp emulator setting "American 90s" with relatively high gain creating the distortion instead of a stomp effect. You can pretty good and diverse tones with this amp. In this case the reverb was from a pedal.
I love your crunchy and bassy tone man, obviously the cover is great too, greetings :D
That's impressive, Robert Fripp is such a cool guitarist, you've obviously got good taste 👌
I love the Guitar in this song, and you do it pretty well my friend.

Anyway, thanks!!
This is amazing!!!
what kind of pedals did you use?
Thank you!
Just a reverb pedal, the rest are effects and amp modelling settings from my amp, Fender Mustang III.

Hey, mate, could you tell me little bit more about amp settings?

How did you achieve that guitar tone?
Most of it was with effects and amp modelling settings from my amp, Fender Mustang III. I also used a reverb pedal.
@@rui_rui_s_s ok thanks

I know you wouldn’t say it so I will. Better than the original
Great cover mate :) How did you get that tone?!
Thanks! With effects and EQ on my amp Fender Mustang III. I think the reverb was from a pedal, but yeah the distortion was from the amp.
Great job indeed.
